If you would rather not keep your Husky Silver Series 26K W 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ 10 Composite Slider # HT31318-32042 constantly in the "locked" position you can simply purchase the Replacement Base Legs # HT31325 and install the Head Assembly # HT31318 onto it. You will still retain the 26K weight capacity as well.

The Replacement Cross Member for Husky Silver Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, 26K # HT31577 does come with these bolts to mount the cross member to the hitch legs. I confirmed with my contact at Husky that this hardware is included with the cross member.
