I no longer need a slider since i bought a long bed truck, can i just buy the uprights for the stationary hitch and use the head and top plate off my slider?

Yes! If you would rather not keep your Husky Silver Series 26K W 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ 10 Composite Slider # HT31318-32042 constantly in the "locked" position you can simply purchase the Replacement Base Legs # HT31325 and install the Head Assembly # HT31318 onto it. You will still retain the 26K weight capacity as well.
