Long-Lasting Lithium Battery
When comparing to other power stations, the DuraCUBE stands out for using a lithium-iron battery (LiFePO4). Compared to other battery chemistries, this style of battery lasts so much longer. The DuraCUBE is rated for more than 2,000 charging cycles. Power stations that use a lithium-NMC battery are rated for about 500 cycles. Lithium batteries are also more reliable and efficient than systems that use lead acid batteries, since lithium provides more consistent power, regardless of charge.
Many Ways to Charge
The included AC wall plug lets you fully charge the DuraCUBE before you leave home, but you can keep it topped up while you travel too. There is also an included DC charge cable that plugs into your vehicles outlet so you can charge while you drive.
The DuraCUBE was also designed with a built-in solar charge controller for plug-and-play compatibility with the portable solar panel expansion from Go Power. If youre on a prolonged camping trip or overlanding excursion, you can keep your power station charged all day long.
Digital Display
The DuraCUBE's LED display lets you know the current state of the battery. The current charge is displayed as a percentage, and the power draw of anything you have plugged into it is given in watts. This lets you know how long you have before the battery runs dry. The DuraCUBE is rated for 500 watts hours, so if you are using 10 watts, for example, that device can be used for 50 hours. You can check battery performance with the clock display, which tells you how long the battery has been on. There's also displays to indicate if AC or DC outputs are switched on or off. The display will also tell you if the battery is being charged when you have a charge cable or solar panel connected.
Portable Power and Emergency Backup
The DuraPACK battery bank is your lightweight solution to keeping devices charged while backpacking or hiking. When placed in the folding case, the 10,000 mAh battery is recharged by (4) 2-watt panels. The case also features a fabric loop so you can tie it to your backpack for charging while you hike. Its 2 USB-A outlets can be used to charge a cell phone multiple times.
The battery requires 36 hours of full sunlight to fully recharge a depleted battery, but you can charge it fast with a micro-USB cord before you leave home or by using the DuraCUBE.
In the event of emergencies, the DuraPACK is a great source for backup, renewable power. It also includes a built-in LED for use as a flashlight. The light can also be set to strobe or flash SOS when you need to attract attention.

Hey, everyone. It's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today we're gonna take a look at this all-in-one system. So this is the Go Power DuraCUBE Solar System with your portable battery, and we'll take a look at its features right here at etrailer. There's three main things in this kit, you have your portable power bank with this little solar panel on there, you'll also have this bigger portable solar panel, and finally you have your portable solar system power station, which is the Go Power DuraCUBE. You can get each and everyone individually if you want, definitely check out the full product review, demos we have of each part, but this is gonna be a kit. It has everything you need in one kit.
You have your portable power bank, and this is great for when you're leaving your base camp. Maybe you wanna go camping, you wanna go hiking, you wanna go on a little adventure. You need to make sure that your phone is all charged up. Well, you have this very portable power bank. You can just plug that right in and get yourself charged.
You got a 10,000 milliampere hour of capacity with this. It's an 8 watts solar power pack. So what that means is depending on whatever gadget you need to charge, for example our phone here, you can charge just about three times, so they keep this fully charged. You can use the solar panel included with this portable power bank, or you can plug this into your DuraCUBE. I do recommend plugging it in at night or when you're at your base camp.
That way, when you're ready to go on an adventure, this is ready to go to. You also have your portable solar panel, and I know a lot of people like the portable one more than the one that you have to install onto your RV or onto your vehicle. This one folds up and stays all nice and secure. It has its own little padded bags that you can keep inside of your car or your camper. When you arrive at the campsite, you have these little legs here, just pop those legs out, flip out the entire panel, and then rest them on the legs.
You have the option to stake down those legs, highly recommended on a very windy day, but you also have these ports up here. So there's gonna be two different types of ports. This is where you can plug into. You have those USBs as well as that light to show you that this is on and working, then you also have your solar panel port. This is what I have connected to our DuraCUBE. So you do get this one solar panel. This is a 100 watt solar panel. I did a full review of this one, check it out. You can pair it with other panels as long as you have a solar controller. Fortunately, the DuraCUBE is a solar controller. So this is our DuraCUBE, and it's a portable power station. So it has over 500 watts of capacity in there and you have pretty much all of the ports that you'll ever need as well as the plugs that go into it. Those are all included with this. You have a lithium-iron battery and that's gonna last for about 2,000 cycles before you have to replace it. This has a display screen. We've actually had it plugged into our solar panel for a little bit. We'll turn this on and it says it's charging, it says how much battery it has, and it says whatever the wattage is of what's plugged into it. So if you wanna charge up your heated blanket, you just plug that in and you can see that the output power is changing up to 36 watts. You have a wide assortment of ports. This actually includes some clamps for jumping your car, so you can plug that right in. You also have your 120 volt outlets, so most of our appliances here are 110 volts, so those plug right in. Down at the bottom of that, you have this opening up for your ground plug, but it doesn't actually use it, just as a heads up. You also have four USB-A ports as well as the newer Type-C port if that's what you need. You also have two input ports here. So here on the left, you have one that matches the one for your solar panel or for your wall charger. If you're using a solar panel, this will take up to 10 hours, if you're using the wall charger, this will take up to seven hours. You also have this other port on this side, and this is connected to your 12 volt plug. So this one will help add a little extra juice if you really need it in case of emergency. So for a portable system, it doesn't really take up that much space. This is gonna be about 10 inches long by 7 1/2 inches tall and 7 1/2 inches wide, so you can find a spot whether underneath your car, inside your basement of your vehicle, over to the side, wherever it will fit. If you need to plug things in, keep that in mind, hopefully it's on a nice stable surface, and it's not even that heavy. Your DuraCUBE has a LiFePO4 batteries. That's a lithium iron phosphate battery, which is great for when you need a lot of power without picking up a lot of space, although my recommendation is since it does have a shelf life of about six months, if you're just leaving it in your camper, try to plug it into the wall or to a solar panel every six months and charge it all the way up. So you can mix and match pretty much anything in this kit, you can get them on their own too. But for a little comparison for why it's just easier getting one kit rather than the individual components, we have the ArkPak 715 right here. This is awesome 'cause you have all those different outputs. You have a lot of things you can do with it. You can plug a lot of things into it. The downside is you're gonna have to supply your own things. You're gonna have to supply your own battery and supply your own solar controller if you want to use this with a solar panel. So things like that are something worth considering. If you want an all-in-one system where you just get it and you don't have to worry about it, that's where the Go Power DuraCUBE Solar System can come in handy, but you also have the option of getting different things as long as you know what you're doing and what kind of adventures you're going on. So definitely check out the individual product reviews if you want a more in-depth look at their measurements, capacities, wattages, things like that. This was just a quick overview of how the kit works as a whole. I think it's a great system. They work perfectly. You've got your portable power bank, you have your solar panel, and you have your DuraCUBE. You don't really need anything else. Now double check your appliances to see if maybe you might need a different plug or just to make sure that the wattage is all lined up, but other than that, if you're going car camping or boondocking, or just on a quick little adventure, this is a great option for you..
