Hi everyone. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at this BioLite BaseCharge 1500+ lithium portable power station with 1500-watts. Now folks, this is gonna be great for camping, tailgating, over landing, maybe your shop or small home office, even as an emergency backup. So the 1,521-watt inverter is going to replicate household AC power. And this will allow you to run devices maybe, such as refrigerators that are small, coolers, power tools, laptops, and more.
It has a built-in LCD display. It's gonna monitor charging, output power, and battery level, and you can hit the display button here and turn the display off if you want or back on. And then you can read over here on the bottom part of the screen, hours used, time left, that kind of stuff. So a very nice little portable charge here. It weighs about 26.5 pounds.
You've got your included 12 volt adapter here and everything. Going to the 110, rather, adapter here for charging and everything on what I would call short power. Now you can purchase separately a BioLite 12-volt charging cable, and also you could add 100-watt solar panel and make this a complete solar generator kit. Those two are sold separately. And as you can see, you've got three different 110 outlet options here.
You've got a 12-volt accessory port here if I can get the thing open. There we go. And you've got a couple USB ports here. You've got USB-A, C, and CPD. And all those have different input/outputs and different volt ranges, and you could find that technical information on the product page here.
So I can simply flip the switch and turn off the power go into it. Or I can unplug the power cord here as well. So the power inverted that comes with it has a nice length of cable included as you can see, but it also has a nice length on the actual cord itself. So I've got this kind of in half right now, so a lot of length here on the cord as well to charge. The top also has the integrated wireless charging option. So you can put your cell phone devices up top and top off those batteries as well on the top side. As far as some dimensions, we got 14-3/8-inches overall on the length. 12-3/16 wide and 8-3/16 tall. As you can see, there's a built-in handle here, but you got those yellow vented ports on both sides that's gonna let air go through. You heard that fan going. There's the bottom while I was charging this or had it plugged in. But again, it's a nice little size device, not too big, not too small. Again, about 26.5 pounds. This is a great option for you. This is the BioLite BaseCharge 1500+. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
I LOVED the basecharge would give 5 stars hands down. it was super easy to use, and still had plenty of charge after using it for 2 days straight. and it had enough power and plugs for more than one person to use it. I was a fan of biolite stuff after taking the classes so i was super excited to try it out. It was pretty heavy duty it wasn't like the cheap chargers you see on the market currently I loved that multiple people could charge on it, the only improvement would be a carrying case for travel. We went camping so it allowed us to charge things we needed to be comfortable. would definitely use again.
This is for anyone who likes the off grid feeling but also enjoys indoor plumbing or needs to contact their kids.
