Hi everybody. Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking together at our ARB twin motor with an onboard air compressor and included one gallon tank for the Jeep Wrangler JLs. Now folks, this is a custom fit application. Again, it fits the 2018 through 2024 Jeep Wrangler JLs. Now that being said, make sure you're double checking our fit guide here at etrailer's homepage where it says your make and model under vehicle information to be sure you're getting the right parts the first time.
Sometimes these videos can be outdated and it could possibly fit newer year Jeeps. Now another thing to note is that this is going to mount underneath that Wrangler seat and there is some drilling required. Now, the twin onboard compressor here lets you run your air lockers or just air up your tires more quickly than a (indistinct) compressor. You're gonna get this included one gallon air tank, and that's gonna help provide air to actuate the air lockers. And this will be installed under the Jeep.
Now here's a bottom view. If I invert this compressor here real quick, so it has some weight to it, about probably 20 pounds on the dual compressor here. Very nice. You got all your plugs there for installation, all your air ports over here for switching on and off. And then for running maybe like an accessory or something to air tires so you can follow the instructions that are included with the kit here to ensure that you're getting it installed correctly the first time.
You're gonna get all your wire harnesses and they're nice heavy duty. They've all been coated and everything with heat sink and whatnot, and you get all the hardware fittings. Keep in mind, you may not possibly use everything here and you may get a couple additional things that you may not see here. Just depends on what kit you get as far as, you know, your specific vehicle and those kind of things. So again, follow the instructions.
Here's a good look at the bracket and that one gallon tank. As you can see, very nice welds and everything here. This tank's pretty lightweight, a couple pounds maybe, and again, all the steel braided lines and everything. Very nice. They didn't cheap out on anything. Very high quality. I like the looks and the feel of this. It's very robust. And just looking through the instructions and seeing where it's mounted, it's kind of neat how it's hidden under the seat and everything and out of the way. Max air pressure 150 PSI, max airflow 6.16 CFMs. It's 100% duty cycle. It runs on 12 volts of power, only drawing a max of 68.6 amps. Now the compressor itself is 7 1/2 inches deep or wide, depending on which way you're looking. And 10 5/16 inches long and about four inches tall. And again, that's just the compressor part here. Now again, you're gonna get everything here. It has a safety valve that keeps the unit from pressure building up too much. It has thermal protection on the motor to keep the compressor from extreme temperature damages. And this also acts as a heat sink to dissipate heat away from the mounting points and those kind of things. Well, folks, I think that's gonna wrap it up, just a quick look at our ARB twin motor onboard air compressor with tank for the Jeep Wrangler JLs. I'm Steven, thanks for watching. Stay safe out there on the trails.
