Although it is a little larger than the ILL70CB you were looking at, the Optronics Ultra-Thin-Line LED Utility Light Bar, part # BUL69CB sounds exactly like what you are looking for. The lamp measures 15 inches long by 1-3/8 inches wide and uses 11 diodes. The lamp is completely sealed to be waterproof. The lamp features 2 mounting holes that are 14-1/8 inches apart on center, and a chrome base, part # A69CB is also available. This lamp would work perfectly in your boat.
