Rotating Arms with Ratcheting Hooks and Fender Straps

RockyMounts HighNoon 3 Bike Fender StrapRockyMounts HighNoon 3 Bike Fender Strap

The RockyMounts HighNoon FC has ratcheting hooks with a stabilzer strap that grab your bikes firmly by the front wheels, not the frames or the fenders. It's perfect for carrying e-bikes with fenders, carbon bikes, or bikes with a custom paint job. To load your bikes, simply place the front wheels in the cradles, rotate the arms up and over the wheels, press down firmly on the ratcheting hooks, and wrap the straps around the wheels below the fender. The front wheel cradles also have stabilizer straps to further secure your bikes to the rack.

Pivoting Rear Wheel Cradles

RockyMounts 11415 HighNoon 2 Bike Rack Wheel Straps

The rear wheel cradles accommodate a wide variety of bike wheelbases. They pivot front to back, adjusting automatically to each bike's wheelbase so there's no need for sliding and tightening. Secure the wheels in place with the built-in ratcheting strap. The straps also include extenders for use with fat bikes.

Tiered Trays with Adjustable Spacing

RockyMounts HighNoon 3 Bike Tiered Trays

The trays are tiered, so your bikes sit at different levels. This extra spacing helps prevent the handlebars from bumping into each other or getting tangled. It also provides extra ground clearance for backing down steep driveways.

RockyMounts HighNoon Adjustable Bike Trays

The trays also adjust 3" side-to-side to ensure you have enough space when loading your bikes. Just remove the bolts where the tray attaches to the bottom of the rack, slide the trays left or right to achieve the desired spacing, and then reinstall the bolts.

Front-Mounted Handle for Easy Tilting and Folding

RockyMounts 11415 HighNoon 2 Bike Rack Tilt AccessRockyMounts 10003 HighHoon 2 Bike Rack Folded

The rack tilts down with your bikes loaded. So, whether you're at the trail or the grocery store, you don't have to remove your bikes to access your cargo area. It also folds up when not in use. This leaves a smaller footprint, so you can keep the rack on your vehicle to park in your garage. And if you want to remove it, it doesn't take up as much space to store it.

RockyMount 10007 HighNoon Handle

To make tilting and folding easier, the handle is mounted on the front of the rack. This means you won't have to reach through or around your bikes with one hand to reach the handle, while supporting the rack's weight with the other, when lowering the rack. Instead, you'll be able to hold the rack with both hands the entire time.

Easy Installation

RockyMounts HighNoon Hitch Mount Bike Rack

The rack installs with a threaded, anti-rattle hitch pin. Simply slide the shank into your hitch receiver, insert the threaded hitch pin, and tighten it down with the included tool. This will reduce noise and movement while the rack is installed.

Complete Security

RockyMount HighNoon Built-In Cable LockRockyMount HighNoon Built-In Cable Lock

The included locks secure your bikes to the rack and the rack to your vehicle. The integrated cable lock threads around your bikes' frames and secures to the pivot bolt on the base of the rack.

RockyMounts HighNoon Hitch Lock

The hitch lock simply snaps onto the hitch pin. The cable and hitch lock are keyed alike, so you'll only need 1 key for both locks.

A very nice bike rack. It is rightfully expensive but "you get what you paid for". It carries my gravel bike (22 lbs.) and my wifes ebike (45 lbs.), both bikes riding on the rack snuggly, and secures tightly on the trailer hitch.

I had no problems with the straight forward assembly of the rack.

Great design and light compared to my old platform rack.

First I must say that this fits a 2010 RAV4 or similar model with the rear spare tire. No one I spoke to at etrailer could tell me for sure of it would fit, but one woman I spoke with suggested that I look for a rack with the longest distance between the hitch hole and front edge of rack (most of the listings on etrailer show this). This rack had 12 inches. On the RAV 4, there's plenty of room for bikes, and it can fold up even with the spare tire. The rear hatch is even able to swing open when the rack is tilted down. The rack is very secure in the hitch using the provided hardware. My only complaint is that one of the plastic end caps was defective and won't hold a screw. I contacted Rocky Mounts and they responded quickly asking for a receipt....but they haven't sent a replacement or even acknowledged the receipt. Overall I'm pleased that it fits my car.

Hey, Bob! Just wanted to let you know I reached out to Rocky Mounts and they said they already had stuff headed your way :)

I recently purchased a HighNoon bike rack for my Acura MDX. My decision was based on having one e-bike that had a small front fender and this rack has the front clamp to use on the tire ahead of the fender.

It took me less than an hour to put together and I did a short test drive with two bikes. It seems very sturdy with no rattle or noise.

The support from etrailer was excellent. My first order never made it to UPS for delivery. I reached out to etrailer on a Sunday afternoon and the new order was placed the same day and I received the rack on Wednesday.

I like how light this bike rack is. It makes it easy to lower the rack when it’s loaded with two bikes. I also like that the release lever is in the front. The rack is solid, even though most of the components are plastic, and it doesn’t rattle with the two bikes loaded. (Two gravel bikes)

This brand doesn’t have the name recognition of the competitors like Thule and Yakima, but I did my research and it’s a very good value for the product.

The only glitch is that when folded up, it comes just a touch too close to the back of the car when paired with the Curt trailer hitch that I bought. The hitch is mounted a few inches under/inside the bumper of our Chevy Equinox EV. Our hack was to file down one of the tire trays. That was a hard thing to do to a brand new bike rack but we got over it (!) and everything fits snuggly. Upside: the car and rack fit in our tiny garage. But this might not be for you so check where your hitch will mount on your car…maybe it will stick out more than ours…and plan your bike rack purchase accordingly.

Hitch is built strong ang holds the bikes very secure etrailer is my go to store for all my towing needs.

Excellent. Much easier to use with folding bike with fenders, ebikes than the previous rack I had.

by:

This is a very well-built and sturdy bike rack with excellent design and finish. It holds our two bikes (42 lbs. each) firmly in place with very little movement, held firmly in place. The 2” hitch bolt tightens down to eliminate shaking and vibration. Its only drawback is that it is HEAVY.

by:

Well designed. More detailed pictures would have helped tremendously for install! Very heavy. Works for two Townies with fenders which is the only one I've found. Nice spacing between bikes

  • Hitch Bike Rack for a 2025 Toyota 4Runner OEM Hitch
Thanks for reaching out, Paul! A lot of bike rack companies utilize a threaded hitch pin to match the thread in the shank. Yakima is one of them and at this time they don't a longer hitch pin. You would need to get a rack that doesn't have a threaded shank, like the Kuat Transfer V2 part # KU84FR. Kuat has an anti-rattle that is built into the shank and doesn't rely on a threaded hitch pin. The Kuat rack does come with a hitch pin, but if you would like to get an even longer one you...

  • Can RockyMounts GuideRail Bike Rack Hold Bikes with Front Fenders
The RockyMounts GuideRail Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # RKY97ZR can be used for bikes with fenders as long as it doesn't cover too much of the front tire. Rear fenders tend to cover most of the tire so in that case we want to use something else. Since your bike has a front fender I actually recommend going with the RockyMounts HighNoon FC # RKY67RR instead, because it has a strap with the front hook so you can safely secure the front wheel of your bike without damaging the fender. I'm attaching...

  • Best Bike Rack for Single 50-lb E-Bike on a Jeep Wrangler
For your setup I recommend using the RockyMounts HighNoon FC bike rack with a swing-away hitch adapter: - RockyMounts HighNoon FC # RKY87RR (Solo Rack) - RockyMounts HighNoon FC # RKY67RR (2-Bike Rack) - Kuat Pivot 2 Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks # PVP20B The HighNoon FC is a new rack from RockyMounts and it has a unique feature in that there is a ratcheting hook for the front tire but if your bike has a front fender you can use the strap instead. • 2012 Dodge Nitro Trailer Hitch and Bike Rack Recommendations
I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e83KR for carrying a bike rack on your 2012 Dodge Nitro because it has a matte black finish to help match any black trim on your vehicle while also helping to protect it from scratches from road debris. When it comes to a bike rack I recommend the RockyMounts HighNoon FC Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # RKY67RR because it can accommodate heavier bikes and it uses wheel hooks to secure any bike without a front fender, but if your bike does...

  • RockyMounts E-Bike Rack Compatible with Bike Fenders
Hi Texas Dave! The BackStage # RKY10002 you're referring to is a new-ish rack from RockyMounts, but the one you described is the HighNoon FC # RKY67RR. It's similar to the BackStage in design, but it comes with straps to use if your e-bike has fenders. The HighNoon FC is compatible with up to 60 lb bikes that have up to 5" wide tires. If you have something outside of these specs please let me know and I'll be happy to make a different recommendation!

Hey Len, the RockyMounts HighNoon FC Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # RKY77RR you were looking at could work with both a class I and II hitch (as long as the class II hitch doesn't have a 2" receiver), and the RockyMounts HighNoon FC Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # RKY67RR would be for a class III.

  • Does The RockyMounts HighNoon FC Bike Rack # RKY67RR Have A Loading Ramp
Hey John, The RockyMounts HighNoon FC Bike Rack # RKY67RR unfortunately doesn't have a compatible loading ramp. For a similar wheel mount rack that does have a compatible ramp I recommend the Swagman Skaha 2 Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # S67SR. The ramp for this rack is sold separately under part # S59SR. This rack has a 60lb per bike capacity and fits tires up to 5" wide. If you'd like some different features or to switch to a frame mount rack then just let me know and I can look...

The RockyMounts HighNoon FC Bike Rack # RKY67RR is a good option but there can be limitations. If your fenders come down too far on the tire you still won't be able to mount it properly. I prefer the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY64FR. This bike rack uses padded clamps so you can hold it by the frame or seat post meaning the size of the fenders won't matter. It also has a weight capacity of 80 lbs per bike so it can definitely handle your e-bike. The one...
