Extensive Testing
InfiniteRule products undergo extensive third-party testing to determine shear strength. The shear strength is determined by placing the locking pin in a stress position and subjecting it to increasing force until a required proof load (maximum force received without deformity) is met or the pin fails. This locking pin has a shear strength of 45,000 lbs.
The InfiniteRule locking pin is used to secure your D-ring or shackle to your bumper mount. This allows your InfiniteRule lock to be used for towing and off-road activities such as rock crawling, mudding, and recovery. The safe working load limit is 15,000 lbs.
The flush-style design prevents the lock from being broken or pried off your D-ring or shackle. The tapered head provides an additional layer of theft deterrence by preventing a would-be thief from being able to grip the lock with pliers or a wrench.

Hey guys. Today I'm going to take a look at the Infiniterule security locking pins. Now this pin is going to help you secure any of your heavy duty shackles or hooks to your vehicle. It has a nice rubber cap on a lock cylinder. You just pull that off. You can have access to it.
You don't want any type of dirt or debris getting inside there. That could just cause it to malfunction. You key won't fit properly in there so can't unlock it. Now what's really cool about this pin it that it's tapered.You can see that it's thinner on this side than it is right here and that's for your threaded hooks or shackles. So we have an example right here.
This one side, you see it's a lot wider opening. If it turn it to the other side it's smaller and threaded. So for this pin, it's specifically designed for. It's going to work one, with your Warm Epic products to secure them.To open up the lock we're just going to insert our key and we're going to turn it counterclockwise. Just keep turning it.
It's kind of like loosening a bolt. We're just going to keep going til the threads are completely off from the inside. Once we do that take a quick look. You see the two parts. Now because they're all moving parts on the inside, we do have this nice rubber O-ring right here.It's going to help any type of dirt, debris or water getting inside and causing any type of malfunctions in the machine work on the inside.
That's just so you don't have to buy more of these things. Now to put it in place you want to make sure you put the tapered with the threaded part. So I'm just going to insert that through and bring the other side through like so. Once you do that start turning it clockwise like so, so it's all the way tightened down.Now these things are going to be very durable. They're going to have a nice steel construction to them. They have a load rating of 15,000 pounds. Okay. A substantial amount of weight to be able to put on this pin. Once you have it tightened all the way just pull your key out. There we go. Put that cap on just like that and there you have it. And that's going to do it for our look at the Infiniterule security locking pins.
