Question:

The owners manual for a 2018 Rogue Sport AWD states that this vehicle should not be used to tow a trailer or anything of that sort. I see you guys have tow hitches for just that purpose so is there an exemption or something not addressed in the Nissan owners manual?

The short answer is that if there's a demand for a trailer hitch for a new vehicle our hitch manufacturers will make one. We have to recommend you stick with any guidelines listed in the owners manual for the vehicle but some people are still going to tow with the vehicle or others may install a bike rack into the hitch.
