Does the bumper have to be cut to use the hitch?

To install the etrailer trailer hitch receiver, part # e79YR, on a 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport there is no cutting of the bumper or fascia needed. You will need to lower the exhaust temporarily to get the hitch in place and remove the tow hooks, if you have them. The tow hooks will be permanently removed. You also need to enlarge an access hole for the hitch to be mounted.
