Easy to install — note that there are two types of bolts that have different threads. The directions show this. Once we figured that out it went quickly!
One end of hitch broke through the box, but was not harmed. Installation completed by myself with jack stands. Fit was perfect - no issues. Seems very robust. Good hardware. Have not tried the wiring harness yet, but don't expect any issues.

perfect fit, easy installation
Dealer quoted me $1500 to install a hitch receiver. This model was made to fit my car, which was predrilled. I used my car jack to hold up the receiver and once I got it lined up, I was able to finger screw in bolts on both sides. I rented a torch wrench and was done in less than an hour. It worked out great.
Fit absolutely perfect and installed ea sily.
Easy to install and the mounting holes all lined up perfectly. Biggest issue was getting my big head under there. I jacked the rear up on stationary jacks and used a small car jack to hold up the hitch while I installed the bolts. Install was completed in under 30 minutes.
I live in an oceanfront home and this hitch is still rust-free too!
Great product - works great on our 2018 Acura RDX. Not too hard to install but you will want to have at least 2 people. I would suggest checking and cleaning mounting holes before ordering. I was not sure I was going to get the holes cleared enough to screw in the bolts. I used a combination of WD40, wire drill brushes, and a thread chaser. I eventually got it done but it took some time and patience. Laying on the ground and getting the torque required was harder than I thought it would be - need to have a good, and long, torque wrench. In the end all is well - Works great with my Thule T2 Pro XTR bike rack - solid as can be.
The hitch was easy to install, and the provided hardware bolted up exactly as advertised.
Fit perfect and only to minutes to inst all
This was the third hitch I've purchased from etrailer. The hitch, installation instructions and hardware all arrived in a timely fashion and in good condition. The other hitches we purchased I installed myself but this one I had my mechanic install because it involved dropping the exhaust and I didn't feel comfortable doing it at my age. We use it regularly for mounting a bike rack for our ebikes with no issues.
No issues with the hitch but the fine threads on the vehicle required chasing. Rust is a problem in Minnesota.
I bought this trailer hitch that was made to fit my RDX . It was an easy install and fit perfectly ! I have used on 3 800 mile round trips carrying my e-bike safety . I highly recommend them !

Easy to install - just ratcheted down bolts on one side, then worked the other. Torqued everything to specs once finished. Looks great. Excited to use!

Hitch arrived on time. Welds were neat and powder coating looked great. Holes lined up perfectly with the frame holes on my Accura RDX. Had to clean the welded nut on the Accura frame since it had rusted a bit. Use WD 40 or some lube as suggested in the instructions until you can get the bolt to thread easily before you mount the hitch. Now I can mount a bike rack.
Trailer hitch is great. Had some trouble installing due to rusty holes that needed retapped. Also my torque wrench couldn’t be used on 2 of the screws due to obstructions. Just ran it up to my mechanic and he got them tightened properly.
The hitch was as expected.
Fit was good installation was easy.
No way to mount the wiring bracket without buying another $50 bracket that looks like [crap]!
I have installed a few hitches in my life and I have to say this was one of the best fit and straight forward installs ever. It lined up nicely and tucked in behind the bumper with minimal exposure. It was well built and looked capable of handling more than my vehicle can tow.
Excellent hitch. Installation was fairly simple. Holes aligned well with my RDX. Only issue was having difficulty getting the machine thread bolts to start, but a wire brush in the weld bits in the frame with WD40 did the trick. The bracket for the plastic cowling also created some minor difficulty but both of those items could t be blamed on the hitch.
