Seems very heavy duty, installation was quick and clean. There were numerous points on the receiver that had the finish removed, chipped off, or scraped off - worried these spots will rust soon.
The receiver was poking out the side of the box and there were many places where the paint has chipped off

Just as with everything I order here, this was full success! My 2020 Silverado 1500 is complete. Installed it myself with no issues. Literally done in 10 minutes. Thanks again ya'll!!!

Super easy to install. It literally took me 15 min to install. This included the trailer plug in the bumper. The wiring harness was already plugged into the dummy plug. Did it with a lift but even on the ground would have been super simple. Looks as good or better then factory.
Well built , easy to install ,instructions explain installation clearly hitch doesn’t stick out more than 1/2 inch past bumper which gives a clean look
Only complaint and reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because powder coating does not cover entire part raw metal showing
