I just installed the trailer hitch on my wife's 2012 Equinox. Install took about 1 and 15 min and went just like the online video.

Fits like a glove.Well designed and built. Easy bolt in installation (made real easy when the nut are already welding in the vehicle's frame). Only complaint is some of the powder caot paint was chipped due to poor handling in the warehouse.
Order my hitch on Sunday and got it on Wednesday. Put it on the same afternoon. Ordered it because it is better than the factory hitch, more support and it took about an hour to install. Couldn't have been easier and looks great.
Product arrived within 4 days of my initial order. Overall I am happy with the hitch but the install took 4 hours rather than the 40 minutes according to the video.

AWESOME!!The hitch and wiring took maybe all of 40 minutes. I had no lift so there was a bit of crawling around. But extremely simple and the wiring was even easier.

Clean install, excellent fit on a 2011 Equinox. Fastener hardware kit includes wire guides for bottom-access carriage bolt installation - nice touch.
The hitch came very quickly and the price was good. I have yet to use the hitch yet so I am unable to really rate the hitch, but the installtion instructions were pretty good other than the hitch came with more parts for the installtion on my vehicle than needed. Other than that all was pretty good and the hitch should work out fine...........
