Do you no longer carry the etrailer e94CR?

Hey Brian! The etrailer e94CR has been discontinued. You can use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C98JR as an alternative. This will fit your 2023 Audi Q5 and shares the same design as our etrailer hitch. The only difference is the Curt has a glassy finish instead of the matte black.
