Availability of Class I Hitch for 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV
Question:
I have a 2023 Chevy Bolt. The hitch you specified does not fit. I would like to find a class 1 hitch for a bike rack. Can you specify one?

Nobody makes a Class I hitch for the 2022 or 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV. Realistically, with a Class III option for both years it is unlikely anyone plans to make one. We typically recommend a Class III regardless because it does not have the limitations of a Class I hitch and can be easily adapted.
The Curt # C38DR has been confirmed to fit the 2023 model by the manufacturers. We also have confirmation from other 2023 Bolt EUV owners that the hitch fits. I see the Curt was previously recommended, but without any order history I'm not 100% sure which one you have.
Can you tell me what did not fit when you tried to install the hitch? If the holes did not line up the hitch may have flexed during shipping. I have attached a helpful article below on how to fix this.
I also see you were previously given the # e58YR as an option to use 1-1/4" accessories. Instead, you can use the Trailer Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver # e63YR. This does not reduce the capacity of your hitch so it is a much better choice.
