Works perfect! This is my third installation, I installed in my dad's Tuscan, mom's RAV4 (not the same hitch receiver but from etrailer)and now finally on my NX 350h. Installtion was a bit tricky on NX as it needs the exhaust unscrewed as mentioned in the manual instead of just unhook like in other SUVs I did. The gap to torque the hex bolt is narrow, I had to get a thin socket and a smaller torque wrench. I have attached a picture to show how narrow the space is. It got delivered in just 2 days!!
Was disappointed when I received the hitch and saw there was damage to the box and some scuffed markings on the hitch itself
The hitch fit by Lexus and looks attractive, as much as a hitch under the bumper can. Two of us installed the hitch in less than an hour. For the Lexus Dealer to install their Lexus hitch it would have cost me easily $1000 dollars more.
This is our second eTrailer hitch, this time for a Lexus. Easy to order, it shipped and was delivered in record time, and installation was straight forward. For some reason the Lexus dealer claimed they would take hours to install theirs (at great expense), but this eTrailer install had clear straight forward instructions (even called out all the tool sizes), and I was done in no time.
Seems like a great hitch. Just installed it today, took about 2 hours. As other reviews for the Lexus NX350h have said the exhaust is in the way. It was a bit tricky but we found the best way to install it was to drop the exhaust from the 3 clips and then unscrew one of the exhaust mounting brackets from the frame. With both brackets still on the frame we weren't able to get it up and above the brackets to mount this hitch to the frame.
Looks great though and held a two bike hitch bike rack with ease. I look forward to pulling a tear drop trailer with it.

hitch installed flawlessly on a 2023 Lexus NX 350. Note that it interferes with the kick sensor, butI expected that.
Also, will work on a Lexus NX 350h.

Fit perfectly and installation was stra ightforward.
Solid build. Easy to install (about 1hr). Had to drop the exhaust a few inches on both sides to get your hands in to install. Needed someone to hold other side in order to bolt in.
Kick sensor no longer works but I do not use it.
