Hitch looks very strong! Aligns up perfect on my 04 Chevy 2500 HD Quad cab truck. I like the holes on end of main tube, makes it easy to fill with rust proofing to insure it will never rust from inside out. Shipping was fantastic, we received in 1.5 days! Also, all parts were with the hitch. What more could you ask for.
The Hitch was very heavy duty, great finish and fit perfectly on my '02 2500HD. Great hitch.
Looked great and showed up in decent time. My only complaint is the 2 holes that bolt the receiver to the bumper do not line up. Had to use a drill to open them up a little to make it fit.
Package came as stated and in a timely manner. Once I cleaned up from the old rusted one was able to install this item by myself. Also ordered a new bumper so it’s like have an entire new setup.
Great product, very well built, fits perfectly and installation was very easy with the exact fit. This is the second time I have ordered from this company and I would continue to use their product instead of other companies.
The holes for the bumper are off by about 1/2”, so I can’t even drill new ones. The frame holes line up perfectly.

My 2004 hitch was shot so I shopped and found e-trailor . I ordered the hitch that would suit my needs . There was a delay because of the location of the hitch . Once e-trailor found the problem they went way out of their way to compensate . The hitch went on the same day it arrived and was just the same as advertised . It fit perfectly and I am very happy that it is done , Thank you e-trailor .

The holes in the mounting did not line up properly had to send it back waited for a month and a half of this hitch to be sent to me. Will not buy this brand ever again...

I know this isn't what you expected Brad. This sounds like your hitch might be slightly flexed. Due to their size and shape, trailer hitches can sometimes become bent or flexed during shipping or transport.
