Great Product - website made it simple to identify and order the right hitch. Package arrived on time within 5-6 days using free delivery. The installation video was key. It was very clear and accurate. I the "long pole in the tent" was actually cleaning out the pre-drilled holes in the SRX frame. Would recommend getting the small wire tool to clean the holes out if you don't have one. Highly recommend and will use etrailer again if and when the time arises.
Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver fit our Cadillac SRX performance model perfectly. The hitch is of excellent quality and would recommend it to anyone needing a hitch. eTrailer's & UPS handling and shipping was excellent. From day of order to home delivery took only three-days. Attached pictures show the installed Curt Hitch Receiver on our vehicle. It took little longer due to modification to the panel removed. Had the slightest of issues with one hole lining up with the frame hole located on left side by main wiring harness, but it finally after a few taps with a hammer went into place.
I have been very happy with the Curt Trailer Hitch. It has worked well for using with my bike rack!

The product was shipped on time and boxed and packed great. The product was perfect all black gloss with no scratches! The instructions were straight forward and for my vehicle (2014 Cadillac SRX) worked perfectly. I never installed a hitch before so this was a big deal!
We are very happy with our hitch. Easy online research and quick delivery. Was an easy install with our local service mechanic as well. Bought hitch to be able to mount a bike rack. Everything went very smoothly.

Ordered my parts, which were shipped the same day.
My trailer hitch was for a Cadillac SRX.
Although I was able to install the hitch, I had a lot of muscle fatigue during the install and I would recommend you have someone to assist just in holding one side until you get the first bolt in. The only issue is the hitch is pretty heavy and trying to balance both ends in the exact place while trying to get one bolt into place was not easy. In fact, I almost stopped and waited for my wife to come home to hold one end for me. On a scale of 1-10 in difficulty, it was a 9 and I'm pretty strong. However, once I was finally able to get one bolt secured, difficulty level dropped to a 2. I saw someone who cut out the plastic bumper to fit the hitch after install and tried it myself. My cut was a little off center, but I I think it still looks much better than leaving it off.
I used a drill and electric hacksaw to cut it out.
Full installation took me about 1.25 hours and I saved $150 from trailer rental place who wanted to charge me $40 just to CONNECT/plug-in the wiring I already had there!
Bottom line: It's a one-person job, but will be MUCH easier if you have someone who can hold one end while you secure the other. After that, it's a piece of cake.
