The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2016 Cadillac SRX is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C12070 for 1-1/4" or part # C13002 for 2". These are both excellent assembled in USA options which offer a bolt-on fit. I actually recommend going with the larger 2" option due to the amount of accessories compatible with this but either will work well. If needed, you can use a reducer such as the Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver part # HT02.
