this hitch took 1hr 15 min to install from the time of opening box hitch came in to putting tools away. I usually do not use instructions. This time we followed instructions to the letter. Hats off for the person design this hitch kit.
Great for the money!! The hole that was to be made larger; was the wrong place; so I used the Canisiter mount bracket to mark where it should have been on my 20127 Rava 4; and drillked it in the correct place; and it is now unstalled. The wirring harness I will install tomorrow; and it again is different on my 2017 EAV4; but; I have done these before; and foresee no real problems. All in all a great product.
Hitch works great on my Mitsubishi Mirage. Hauls my bike to the bike path no problem. A local trailer company here at home installed it for me.
Overall good. Had to enlarge the passenger side hole on the hitch because the bolts given would not fit through the hitch hole
