Yes. the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11449 is the correct fit for your 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage G4. I've attached a photo for reference, but this hitch is confirmed to fit 2017 to 2019 Mirage G4 models. If you will be using the hitch for a bike rack or other accessory, use of the stabilization strap # 18050 is required so you don't void the manufacturer warranty.

Class I hitches will limit you to Class I rated bike racks, so I have also linked a page to your options. When using a Class I hitch, the Class I bike rack will be limited to 2 bikes maximum. This may seem confusing if you see a 4 bike rack rated for Class I, but you will also see a note on those products with the 2 bike limit. The bike racks will fit other hitch classes as well, so that is why there is the separate note on the product page. I've also linked the page to cargo carrier options to assist.
