We do have a trailer hitch receiver that fits your 2021 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 ES. What you need is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11449. This is a custom-fit Class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver. It features a bolt-on installation and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
According to the installation instructions, all non-trailer loads applied to this product must be supported by stabilizing straps. That means if you will be using the hitch for something other than towing you will need the Curt Cam Buckle Stabilizing Strap for Hitch-Mounted Accessories - 61" x 1" - Qty 1 # 18050.
