The gooseneck trailer hitch I recommend for a 1994 Ford F-250 is the Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch part # C60723. It works on models with or without an overload spring but you do have to drill a few holes into the frame if you have overload springs. The Double Lock has a stowable hitch ball design so you can simply flip the hitch ball upside down inside the receiver when not in use eliminating the need to store it separately somewhere in the vehicle.
There won't be any issuing installing a gooseneck hitch on a vehicle with suspension lift.
