Jeff: Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at this CargoSmart, Large J-Hook for the E-Track and X-Track Systems. Has a 200-pound working load limit. Now, this J-Hook will let you hang gear inside your enclosed trailer or on your workshop wall. This one has a nice round bottom hook design, so it's perfect for hanging cables, hoses, and other coiled items. And it's also if you notice the hook itself has this non-marring rubber coating over the whole hook to protect the items or your cargo from any scratches. And it is a very easy installation.
You just snap the spring-loaded fitting, right here at the top, into your E-Track or X-Track anchor point. And just to show you what we're talking about, I happened to pull a X-Track section that we have here. And as I mentioned, it'll work in either this X-Track design or the E-Track design. But basically, what you'll do, is again, pull this lever open, put it into the X-Track, drop it into the place. And once it drops into place, it'll hook just like that, and you're all ready to go.And then to move it, just pull back, lift up on it, move it to the next one, and again, it drops into place.
Take it out, and again, if it's mounted this way, you can still put it in that way. So very simple to install, very easy to remove and move into different positions of the X-Track.This is a nice gray powder-coated steel construction. It's very strong and durable. A few specs on this again, the safe working load limit is 200 pounds. A few measurements on this, if we measure from here to the outside of the hook, be right at five inches.
The inside from here to the inside of the hook is going to be right at four and three-eighths inches, and the overall height from the bottom to very top here, it's going to be right at six inches. But that should do it for the review on this CargoSmart, Large J-Hook for the E-Track and X-Track Systems. Has a 200-pound working load limit.
