Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the Erickson bungee cord with adjustable safety hooks. This is going to measure a total of 72 inches long. This is going to give you plenty of length to tie down any lightweight cargo in your truck bed, trailer or boat. It's going to have durable plastic adjustable hooks that come with it. And the bungee cord is going to have a good stretch to wrap around whatever your cargo is or wrap around any attachment points.The cord is going to be eight millimeters in diameter. To get the hooks attached, you're just going to thread it through the larger hole on the bottom of the hook and then slide it through the slot and then down through the slotted hole at the bottom of the hook.

It helps to pull the cord taut so that it thins out a little bit to get it into that section. The nice thing about this is that it does allow you to adjust those hooks to whatever length you need them to be, so if you want to take a length off that cable or cord, you can just thread a bit more through that hook to allow it to be whatever length.So this is going to be a really versatile way to tie down your cargo with a single bungee cord. Can adjust pretty much anywhere in between that 72 inches, using a little big of length to actually get it hooked into your cargo hooks there, probably about three to four inches, so that'll give you about 64 inches of usable space with these. The cord itself is made of a durable rubber and polypropylene construction and the hooks are made of a high strength plastic. They do have safety latches to prevent them from sliding off of your cargo attachment point, so if it should come loose, it should still remain within the hook.The dimensions on the hook overall is going to be about three inches long by about an inch and three quarters.
