Custom mounting kit included.I am very impressed with this bumper. I bought it as a replacement for my 77 Ford F150. I've been restoring this truck since 2006, and the original bumper was too far gone to save. I was trying to match the original as closely as possible and this one was perfect.
It came with everything needed, right down to the license plate lights and bulbs. It was easy to install with the supplied directions and it looks great on the truck! Good price, free shipping, and very good quality. Five stars all day long.
The bumper looks like what would have come on the truck when new. But the width is narrower the OEM. Looks like a bumper for a midsize pick up. It does not look like what is shown in the pictures. Does noes go the full width of the rear of the pick up bed. When I called about this, there was little care in my question.
So with that said, would I buy from them again, no.
Bumper installed easily and looks great. Frame bracket holes lined up perfectly, and the bumper lined up on the brackets with very little effort. It took me about 1 hour to remove the old bumper and install the new bumper. Recommend having an assistant to at least help hold the bumper while lining the bolts up. It is exactly what I expected. The safety chain holes are a bit further from the edge than my old bumper, but I picked up two shackles and that issue was resolved.
Time restraints resulted in partial order cancellation. Kudos to Neil W. in customer service for staying on top of our order and for a timely partial refund. Very satisfied with etrailer and would use it again.
Bumper arrived as indicated. I took it out of the package, checked the bolts, (missing two 1/2 inch nuts and two 1/2 bolts had threads damaged) I installed the mounting brackets as per the instructions, and everything bolted up correctly. The bumper I raised into position using a floor jack, balance it and it slid into place with no issues.
Installed on 1968 Ford F200 truck.
The service was excellent I couldn't have asked for a better company to order this bumper from anywhere

These are EXACTLY what I wanted for my 1970 C-10. However they do not fit. I understand it is a universal fit, but that is why they ask for the year so they can give you the correct brackets. Their response was "Your only other option would to have something or brackets fabricated to fit your specific vehicle." The whole reason I bought them was because they were supposed to fit. Maybe once I spend $[XX] in parts trying to figure it out and cutting into my truck! I will feel different, but i would have rather spent more money upfront and not have the headache.
I'm very satisfied with the quality and fit. Other bumpers on the internet may look the same but they are not the same quality. I tried a cheaper one and it was very cheaply made. e trailer is the way to go. They kept me informed
thru ordering process. E trailer and staff did a great job for me.
The new bumper arrived yesterday (very fast). The box was unfortunately very damaged and had been taped. I have attached pics of how it arrived.
I opened everything and amazingly all the parts are here.
The bumper did sustain a minor scratch but is not damaged or twisted.
I have not try to install this yet so with the minor damage shown how should I proceed?
eTrailer had the bumper for our customer in stock. It arrived quickly and fit perfect.
This bumper did not fit my truck. The bracket kit that was ordered for it would not work, as my truck has a factory tow hitch. I have not been able to use the bumper.

Bumper came in box thin box with no end protection so the ends are chipped an rusting
Area for licensed plat
Mounting screw holes are to far down so tags are below metal edge of bumper
Police can’t see tags
I had to drill holes in licensed plat a raise up plat
Now licensed plat is to high up / past the top of bumper/ so tailgate hits top edge of plat
I had to been top edge of licensed plat backwards
Something wrong with bumper size
I probably should of returned an got original equipment bumper
I thought I was getting original equipment

WE ARE MOUNTING IT NOW AND IT LOOKS GOOD. IT DID ARRIVE WITH MINOR DAMAGE. THE TOP DIAMOND PLATE WAS LIFTING OFF THE CENTER OF THE BUMPER.WE WERE ABLE TO REPAIR IT.
1997 Ford F-350 XL 4x4 - Great bumper and excellent customer service from etrailer. My truck has the 37" width frame so you have to flip the mounting brackets so they are narrower to the bumper. Everything bolts directly on, no drilling.
How about a rear bumper for a square body chevy.When it's shipped to me and I received it it was damaged.I called customer service at Etrailer.com and they promptly sent out a replacement bumper. This bumper was awesome. Bright shinny chrome Dimond plate.Installed it that night. It looks great on it. Thanks Etrailer and customer service. I will definitely be a return customer.
