Instructions and videos were good also. the only issue I had was the holes didnt line up perfectly on the frame, even though I had the exact year make and model of truck that the bumper was for. I had to drill one hole in each side of the frame to get a third bolt in (the rear bolt in the picture) and strengthen in up a bit. Id highly recommend this product and etrailer as well. Good experience!!!
My Grandson, who installed it said that it didn't hook on the truck like it should, and I should use it on little loads. It looks good!!

Off with the old and on with the new. Just about that fast. Excellent fit and easy instructions. Everything you need to install right down to the license plate screws.
Excellent bumper
The bumper was great for my truck, I drive a 96 F-150 and it looks beautiful! The time it took to install it though was 3 hours, since my previous one was a different model and had a separate bracketing mechanism. It took around a month to actually get it in though as it apparently was on a backorder and yet showed up as fully available. Otherwise, Iove it!
Have Not installed rear bumper yet.
Hopefully will be installed sometime this week.
Just received all parts on fri. June 12th and everything looks ok so far??
Unfortunately I was delivered with minor scratches and the box was punctured

This step has a black powder coat finish in order to resist rust and corrosion. If you have received any paint chips, scratches, or scuff marks, you can cover any of that up with rust resistant type of paint like Rust-Oleum. I have sent your information over to our customer service department for them to see what kind of compensation they may be able to provide for you.

I am very impressed with this bumper. I bought it as a replacement for my 77 Ford F150. I've been restoring this truck since 2006, and the original bumper was too far gone to save. I was trying to match the original as closely as possible and this one was perfect.
It came with everything needed, right down to the license plate lights and bulbs. It was easy to install with the supplied directions and it looks great on the truck! Good price, free shipping, and very good quality. Five stars all day long.
