Stands lets you check your for necessary truing

This truing stand lets you inspect your bike's wheels and disc brake rotors for imperfections. It has indicators to test your rims for balance and shape and test your rotors for bending or warping. The stand has a rotating, pivoting arm that gives you unrestricted work access to your wheel. It works with wheels up to 29" in diameter, and it uses your bike's existing 9-mm quick-release skewer to secure the wheel to the arm. You can mount it to your Feedback Sports work stand or use the included plate to mount the arm on your work bench.

3 Truing Indicators

Stands lets you check your for necessary truing

The stand includes 3 truing indicators that help you detect flaws in your bike's wheel or disc brake rotor. The indicator bracket adjusts along the arm using a spinner knob.

Lateral indicator detects if your wheel is off balance

The lateral indicator helps detect an unbalanced wheel. Simply screw the head at the end of the indicator bracket until the spring-loaded tip touches the wheel's rim. Any movement of the tip as the wheel is spinning indicates an imbalance.

Axial indicator checks your wheel's shape

The axial indicator lets you check the shape of the wheel. Remove your tire from the rim, place the tip against the underside of the rim, and spin the wheel. Any resistance detected indicates you have a damaged or improperly shaped wheel.

Rotor truing slot checks your disk brake rotor for warping

The rotor indicator lets you check your disc brake rotor for bending or warping. You can make the slot for the rotor wider or narrower by simply screwing the sides up against the rotor so it fits perfectly, then spin the rotor and watch for resistance.

360-Degree Adjustable Arm

Holding arm adjusts 360 degrees to work at any angle

The adjustable holding arm provides unrestricted access to your wheel. The arm rotates 360 degrees around the cylinder and pivots vertically to let you work at nearly any angle. There is a knob at the bottom of the arm that lets you easily tighten and loosen the grip on the arm.

Clamp to Feedback Sports Repair Stand

Arm can attach to your bike work standArm detatches from cylinder on base

You can detach the arm from the steel base and attach it to your wash and work stand. Use the knob at the bottom of the arm to loosen the tension on the mounting cylinder and slide it off. Then use the knob to tighten it to the exposed frame above the clamp head of your work stand.

You can also use the included plate to mount the arm to your work bench in your basement or garage.

Mounting Your Wheel

Thru-axle adapter

Use your bike's standard 9-mm quick-release skewer to mount your wheel to the stand.

12-mm and Thru-axle adapter

An adapter for 10-mm, 12-mm, 15-mm, and 20-mm thru-axles is also included to accommodate different size wheels. It accommodates hub spacing up to 157-mm Super Boost.

Video Transcript for Feedback Sports Bike Wheel Pro Truing Stand Review

Hi, everyone. It's Evangeline here at And today we are looking at our Feedback Sports Pro Truing Stand here at etrailer. This is a great stand to have if maybe you are an advanced cyclist that really wants to get into truing and really making your own adjustments to your wheels, or for you shop people that have your own shop in your garage and want a truing setup, this is a great option for you. The truing stand can be set up on your table. Now this is weighted, which means that it doesn't shake around and have a good sturdy foundation down there.

It also has this indent field, which acts as a tray. So if you want to put your tools there, we have our spoke wrench or any of your springs or nuts you have from your bike wheel. You can place it right there. Now if you want to mount this more permanently, it does have a mounting plate at the bottom and you can use this to attach it to your work table or your desk, or even your floor if you really want it there in a more permanent position. If you want a little bit more portability, you can also lift it off your table stand and put it on top of your Feedback Work Stand.

You can rotate your stand 360 degrees around on your plate or your work stand. You can also angle it up and down whatever you need for it to fit your needs. If you have thru-axles you can use this adapter that's included and this fits your 10, 12, 15 or 20 millimeter thru-axles. So to use this, you just put that into place make sure it fits into that notch and then tighten it down. With that secured, you're ready to put your wheel on there.

Now, if you have a nine millimeter quick release skewer on your wheel you can use that instead to mount it to our stand. So we have here this notch at the top and you need to get your wheel onto that notch. Then you tighten it down. Get that tighten down and we're now ready to work on our wheel. Now you can set up your Indicator Assembly which is this piece right here to check your wheels.

So first if you wanna make sure your wheel is laterally true which means the left and right, you bring down your indicator assembly and align it with your wheel, tighten it with this knob at the back, then bring your assembly out, see that spring tip, right to where your wheel is. Right there. Just sit a little bit. And from this point you can see how as you rotate your wheel if it's a laterally true or not, in this case it is not. Using the same piece but bringing it down and bringing knob up underneath our wheel we can check our wheel hop or the roundness of our wheel. Lock it into place with the gear behind it. Make sure it's aligned with your wheel and then spin, and this will check your wheel's hop. As you can see, we have a really bad wheel here but this is here to show you how to use the different functions on our truing stand. You can also pick up a spoke wrench, we have that here at etrailer, that you can use to adjust the tension on your spokes, just to get everything aligned as you use the stand. We have our wheel setup, which has our disc brake here. So we're gonna check our disc brakes. To set that up, move your indicator assembly, you may need to loosen this so you can move it a little bit up to where your disc brake is right there. Now tighten that down in place. You are then going to move your pieces of your indicator assembly to fit around your disc brake. So you may need to adjust some things. This moves your assembly forwards or back. And then we have it as far to the back as we can now bring your other piece closer to your brake. All right, once everything is in place, you can then spin your wheel to use it. And that's how you set up the rotor indicator disc truing slot. The stand is made of red and a nice aluminum which means it's light, but this field base is made of steel and it weighs nine and a quarter pounds. So even though the stand is light, it's heavy enough to stay sturdy. My final thoughts about this truing stand is I do like how it gives you all those different options. There is a little bit of a learning curve, but we all know that the simple act of truing is not a simple act at all. And it does allow you to optimize your wheel for the best performance. So I think it's a great stand. You can mount it really anywhere. For something that looks pretty simple, it's very versatile. And that was our look at our Feedback Sports Pro Truing Stand here at

Great part and great support from the etrailer team

Works beautifully! Unboxed it, set it up per enclosed instructions, and put a bike wheel on it to check wheel true. Looked at various [online] videos to learn how and where to adjust spokes. Tightened the appropriate spokes in small increments and the Truing Stand showed improved truing. Then used the disc rotor tool to check rotor truing. Again, works beautifully. Very happy.

The only other trying stand I’ve used was a bike hand brand. It is very similar to the park tool version. I like that I don’t have to spend an extra 150ish bucks to put a wheel on this and true rotors. I really prefer this unit as it’s smaller simpler and actually easier to use. You could get your dish off if you aren’t careful but that is a possibility with the other style as well.

The stand works great. I have 29er boost wheels and the stand came with the proper adapter to mount the wheel. The stand breaks down small enough for easy storage. had the best price and the shipping was fast.

Best I’ve used!
