I just received the Pack n Paddle basket. It took me all of 10 minutes to attach. I've looked at and purchased two other bike baskets in the last few weeks, this is by far the best one I have seen. I'm a first-time customer at etrailer.com the site was easy to use and the follow-up by the staff was fantastic. I will check their site first for future Biking needs.

One year out and I could not be happier with this purchase. I use this bike for errands and daily exercise around the community. The Thule Basket is perfect for a quick market run, or any items required for an extended ride. A GREAT FIND & PURCHASE!

I really like the Thule basket. And Leo really really likes it. This picture says it all. It took a bit but I figured out how to attach it to the rack on my Dahon Mariner folding bike. It’s easy to take on and off the rack using the supplied “clamps”. I did need to file a small clearance slot on the front of the basket base so it fits properly as mounted to the bike rack. But that was easy once I figured out what was needed. The basket is very well made and tough. I expect it will last as long as I can ride.

Bought this for the front of a Yuba Fastrack cargo bike - it fits and looks perfect. It's tightly on there and hear no rattling on my rides.

I love this basket!! It's very clean looking and so useful! Holds a case of water perfectly! Thule customer service is second to none as well. I get more compliments on this basket than my bike. All in all well worth the money. Great attachment method as well. It's 1 with my bike

Still love it but whats even more commendable is the customer service that Thule upholds! I have cracked my basket and gotten a free replacement. I lost pieces of the hardware and they sent me all new and just now again cracked my basket and again they are sending me a free replacement!!! You can not go wrong with Thule products!!! You only have to buy it one time and it seems youll have it or a replacement fir life! Kudos to Thule company!

I appreciate etrailer’s one year follow up. In the amount of time, this basket has managed to break apart. I was riding with my beach bag in the basket, hit a small bump, and the plastic snapped. This is a Thule $100 basket and it broke! I wouldn’t recommend this item.

The Thule basket is of high quality and was easy to install. The basket arrived with detailed and clear instructions in the box. The basket was shipped on time and arrived in perfect condition. Etrailer.com communicated every step of the way and was 100% on top of their game!

Perfect fit for my Specialized Como 5.0 pizza rack on the front of my bike. Customer service was great in assisting me as to which basket would fit. I was having a hard time finding a basket that fit. I love that there are clamps on the bottom to attach it. Some of the ones I looked at would have to be connected with zip ties or some other fastener.

Absolutely perfect, great bike rack, an the basket works perfect for our needs, one of the plastic cross members cracked, I think that might be from hanging a lock that was to heavy for it.

This is very lightweight but strong. I think the 33 lb rating is probably accurate. It's attractive and durable and arrived quickly. I'm pleased.
