Is Mounting Hardware Included with Thule TH100050 Pack n Pedal Cargo Basket

Question:
Does it come with hardware to attached to an existing bike rack. If not how does it clamp on? I just bought a Pedego Interceptor.

The Thule # TH900050 Pack 'n Pedal cargo basket will mount to an existing cargo rack using the provided hardware. Online photos of your bike show that there's an integrated cargo rack, so the basket would work great for you. I've linked to a product demonstration video featuring the cargo basket.
