Does the Thule Pack n Pedal basket # TH100050 Fit Electra Bike and FirmstrongFactory Racks

Question:
I will have a 2017 not delivered yet Electra Townie 8D EQ with a factory Townie rear rack. Will the Thule Pack n Pedal Basket for Bike Racks - 33 lbs - Black fit snugly on my rear rack??? Also, my wifes bike is a firmstronginch any-journey 7 speed that came with an installed rear rack. will the Thule Pack n Pedal Basket for Bike Racks - 33 lbs - Black fit her bike also???

The Thule Pack 'n Pedal basket # TH100050 is designed to work with the matching rack TH100016. But they also state that it works with virtually any rack. Electra is a mainstream bike manufacturer so I do not foresee any problems with the fit. I had to look up the Firmstrong bike and based on what I have seen it also does not appear that it would cause any problems.
