Congratulations on your new e-bike! E-bikes are becoming more popular every year. Our most popular bike rack for e-bikes is the Hollywood Racks Sport Ride SE for 2" hitches, # HLY84FR. It carries 2 e-bikes up to 80 lb each with a maximum wheelbase of 60" and tires up to 5" wide. So, this rack will easily accommodate your Bulls Lacuba EVO E8.
If you need a rack that works in a 1-1/4" hitch I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Platform Rack, # TH903202. This rack accommodates ebikes up to 65 lbs. with a maximum wheelbase of 48" and tires up to 3" wide. One great perk of this rack is that it includes an aluminum telescoping ramp to help you load heavy bikes. Both of these racks fold up when not in use and include bike and hitch locks for security.
