The item is well constructed and a good value. Now if i can just remembner to use it when switching from my trailer hitch to my cargo carrier hitch!

Installation was fine with your directions, however, the 2017 Prius has different bumper/fender snap attachments than you showed on the video. Putting the bumper back into place took a little more attention than its removal to align everything together. Good product that fit as promised.

Perfect finished look for tube and connector pins and keeps water from pooling/rusting in the receiver tube and connector. Worth the low price for sure.

I didn't want dirt, dust, and spiders to get inside the receiver so started looking for a receiver cap that solved that, and more importantly, looked clean. Etrailer always has what I need so I started my search here. I found this one right away and knew this was the one. Our van's receiver was not installed with any electrical wiring so I didn't need the cap to protect the plug. A few minutes of "customizing" and voila!... it fit perfect and looks super clean. I'm glad I bought this one.

Perfect addition to the his & hers vehicle. Very nice solid construction with just the right amount of bling, classy USMC logo. Especially like the rounded edges, thinking they will lessen the bruising during unexpected close encounters

Did a lot of research on this product and it came through with flying colors. I ordered this product and one other from another site. This cover was superior in thickness size and chrome. Also the pin opening is large enough for standard 4" pins. If you are considering this product I suggest you don't wait. As for the company, great service. I was contacted shortly after the purchase, tracked the item and was contact about satisfaction after delivery. Outstanding. Will not return item but with their attention to detail I am sure if there were anything of issue the company would be on top of it. Thank you I will be ordering from you again.

Super easy to install. It took 20 minutes. My only issue was finding a 1/2in hex bit socket to shoot the large top bolt. It's not a common size. Once that obstacle was overcome, installation was a snap. My bike rack and trailer are secure and safe on the hitch. I'm happy with my purchase.

So nice for keeping the receiver clean when not using the hitch.

The whole transaction went smoothly. From the the order, to the delivery, to the installation. Totally pleased with the product! I had to make some modifications for my particular application but, not a big deal. It was a measurement that I overlooked. Thank goodness for the easy to work with aluminum brackets.

I first thought I was going to return the Hitch Cover realizing I needed a 1 1/4 inch hitch and this only came in 2 inch. I showed it to my nephew who is a excellent welder and ask him if he could make it work for me. Both hitch covers came scratched. They were packed well but came scratched. I will try some chrome polish when the weather cools down. They are more heavy duty than what was on the two vehicles. A lady at a stop light took her foot off the brake and broke the one on the back of my suv. The one on the truck was rusting inside the frame receiver. No pictures.

So far I love this hitch cover. I just put it on my truck this afternoon. This is the second one i have owned. Someone this winter slid into the back of my truck and the hitch cover took all of the damage and saved the rest of my truck. After reading many positive reviews on this Harley hitch cover I decided to buy one for my new GMC Terrain. The quality is outstanding. Very well made and vibrant paint. I'm perfectly satisfied!

Good quality hitch cover emblem but the hitch pin hole was drilled 3/8" off making the hitch cover extremely loose. Would have returned the item but all were probably drilled that way. The hitch cover is so loose that the cover shakes very badly when driving (I have heard) and looks like it is coming loose. I can fix this by drilling and welding but I would not buy another hitch cover emblem of this type. This hitch pin cover has the same looseness problem with my other truck and both my neighbors trucks.

Arrived quickly and just as described. I was impressed by the personalized attention from the etrailer staff - including a voicemail, in addition to the normal email, letting me know that it was on its way and offering any additional assistance I might need. As some have mentioned, the fit is pretty tight when attempting to put in the pin. This is caused by the heavy gasket that seals the connection to the hitch holder. It takes some effort to push the cover in while driving in the pin (yes, with a mallet) but the result is a tight fit that doesn't rattle at all. I assume that once the gasket is broken in, the process will become easier.

The chrome fell off the trailer hitch within six weeks of the purchase.

I ordered this hitch cover after a long search of many sources on Sunday night. To my surprise I received a notification Monday morning that my purchase had been shipped!! Today (Wed) it was delivered. I had not requested expedited shipment. This is amazing. And the unit is beautiful. My son will be so happy with this for his new Jeep.

Looks great! Sturdy and very well made. Worth the money. However, never owning a hitch before (it came with my new Grand Cherokee Altitude) I thought it would come with a pin or lock to hold it in place but you NEED to buy that along with the hitch cover. I should have done that but it doesn't say that anywhere. So if you're like me and never owned a vehicle with a hitch get the hitch cover AND the pin/lock to hold it in. I really love it though. Proud Longhorn driving around Ohio. Hook 'em Horns!!
