24x60 Reese Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
The rack is much bigger than my previous one. I was disappointed that it was made in China instead of the USA. It assembled very easily and the light kit works very well. The only draw back is I can no longer open my tailgate with the rack installed due to the spare tire hitting the raised rack.
Purchased in March 2023. I really like the size, it holds a lot. The carrier is very sturdy, well made and assembled very easily. I purchased the light kit but found wiring could have been a little longer to dress the cables neatly down toward the hitch.

20x59 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Folding - 500 lbs
Installation: Easy Assembly: Easy Attached to: Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" Item # C13163 Use: Camping equipment. Cooler, Chairs, Sleeping bags, firewood, etc. Like: The fact that it folds is a huge positive. What I would change: perhaps adding a ring or two on the sides to allow for bungee cords or rope. Because the hitch is already a bit low on the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander (stock wheels, tires, suspension) the back part of the basket can bottom out rather easily. It has nothing to do with the carrier itself though. I would definitely recommend this product! I'm going to use it again in a month for our next camping trip.
This carrier was super easy to assemble. It is a bit heavy but I was able to mount it onto my hitch alone. I’m using an anti-rattle lock and they work great together.

19x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Aluminum - Folding - 500 lbs
Purchased this 1 year ago. Worked awesome for a 9.000 mile cross country trip with three off road adventures at geology tour road Joshua tree, west side road Death Valley, and kingman wash lake mead. No rattle, always secure, great clearance. Would purchase again.
It works, but I only put two electric bikes on it. The mesh seems to bend pretty easy.

24x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
We just installed our carrier. We love that this is going to free up a lot of space for our vacation traveling. Very heavy duty and bigger than i was thinking it would be.The pin that holds the carrier in the hitch was not included. It would have been an added bonus if it was.
Easy to assemble, nice and solid cargo tray! Bought it with the hitch bracket. Note: no hitch pin included.

23x59 Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Carrier and box will be moved to hitch on 209 Solitude Rv to provide extra cargo carrying ability
A good size and very strong. I like the fact that it has a grated bottom, as opposed to a few bars like many of its competitors. There are many holes and notches present for any customization desired. Also makes for a great chair to relax. I also ordered the anti-rattle pin so as to fasten this tightly to the hitch. IMO that should be included with any of these trailer-hitch-Mount accessories.

17x46 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
I've been using this Cargo Carrier on my 4 Runner Venture for about a year now. I Purchased this item to haul extra gear to Nags Head from Northwestern Virginia. Installation was a breeze and it's very, very sturdy. I had two Yeti coolers packed with ice and drinks and there was no wobbling at all. I'm a 197 pounds and I was standing on it after I installed it just to check for durability and this thing is a beast. I also used this as a rod holder while on the beach and I caught a 6 foot black tip shark. Overall, I'm very pleased with this item and I would recommend to a friend.
This is a substantial, well-made product at exactly the size I needed - smaller than many, and with sides that keep items secure. It was very easy to assemble, with all parts included and clearly sorted, and with all pieces manufactured to cleanly align. The item arrived promptly, packed to protect the shipment but without waste. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a high-quality cargo carrier.

Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier for 2" Hitches - With Ramp - 77" Long - 500 lbs
I can't say I'm entirely happy with my purchase. The instructions were more confusing than helpful. Note in "instruction.jpg" photo of STEP 1 that the text says to put the 8 small bolts in from the inside first, but the drawing clearly shows them as going in from the outside. The last step says to place the ramp onto the receiver as shown.... glad I didn't throw away the box because there is no drawing that shows ramp installation. Actually, the photo on the box was more helpful than any of the instructions. Also, I need to make a trip to the hardware store to buy longer medium bolts because the ones that came with the carrier were not long enough to fully engage the self locking feature of the nylon lock nuts. At a minimum a couple of threads should protrude beyond the nylon. See photo "nut.jpg". The bolt threads don't reach the end of the nylon, so the self locking feature is not fully engaged. I did tighten the nut, but that was as far as it would go. I think once I get back from the hardware store with the new medium bolts and after I reverse the 8 small bolts (I followed the drawing and not the text of the instructions), I'll be OK with the carrier.
"Instantly Get Rid of Wobble and Upgrade With Lights" This is not a 5 because ramp should be longer & there should be some type stabilizer to temporary hold bike while strapping down, I'd pay more for those upgrades. The wobble can instantly be solved by hooking Tie-Straps closest to vehicle directly to the receiver where you hook your chains, rather than hooking them to the provided holes on carrier itself. You of course use the provided strap holes ones on the opposite side. When strapped down as stated, the carrier now becomes one with the vehicle & @ 80mph there is no wobble. (*TIP: Put ramp back in its place before strapping down or else it won't fit with the strap hooks in the way.) I upgraded mine with lights for both safety reasons & not needing the Police any reason to pull me over. It was very simple and cost me nothing but time & maybe $50. I recommend this product whole heartedly.

24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Tilting - Folding - 500 lbs
Super disappointed in this etrailer purchase. The product came in a large box that was fully intact and not damaged. The actual cargo basket was meticulously wrapped and appeared to be brand new as expected. The other components however, like the arm, were in boxes that were smashed, old, worn, and had multiple layers of old tape. The arm itself was scratched and banged up, even rusty in spots. Clearly it was used or had been a returned item. If I wanted a dented, gouged, and rusty Cargo Carrier I would have purchased one used, for half the price. This is not the quality I expect from etrailer.. I have purchased many racks and other items from this company and usually the quality is outstanding. This time they dropped the ball. I have since read other reviews and it is apparent that this is not an isolated incident. I'd have sent it back if it wasn't so damn heavy and awkward to lug around.
This carrier worked out great. The tilt down feature is helpful to have but I didn't really need it. However, the fold up feature was helpful when driving around, so I recommend that as a convenience. The only thing I had trouble with was the hitch bolt. I have a Thule bike rack that I've used with my truck hitch receiver and never had a problem, but this rack's hitch bolt was a real pain to get in at first. Don't be dismayed. With the rack off of the vehicle, I used some WD-40 and some lithium grease on the bolt and then used an adjustable wrench to screw it in and out a number of times. I noticed a bunch of either paint or metal shards gumming up the threads on the bolt each time I removed it. After about 5 times of screwing it in and out, wiping off the bolt with a towel, adding some more grease once in a while, it got to the point that I could screw it in and out by hand pretty easily. Problem solved. I'm really happy with this rack. It fit two big coolers of food and beer plus beach umbrellas and other stuff. It's really strong and sturdy. The biggest issue was not the weight on the rack, but whether the rear suspension on the Highlander could hold it with our other junk in the back plus passengers. :-)

23x47 Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 4" Rise - Folding - 450 lbs
After purchasing a 2018 Honda CR-V Touring, my honey-to-do-task of having to bring trash to the dump every week must be done. I am not a big fan of placing trash inside my new car, despite having a rubber liner. So I purchased the Curt 2 inch receiver hitch and had it installed by my local mechanic. I did not want to have to hook up my small utility trailer to go to the dump since I have to go to work and park in a parking garage after making my trash drop off. I came across this Carpod M2205 walled carrier. I am thrilled with this and like the way it folds up when not in use. There was a simple assembly process to go through after it was received (quick shipping by the way). It is a little heavy placing into the hitch receiver, but note it is easier to place it into the hitch when folded up. I wrapped a piece of duct tape around the exact place of the insertion bar to line up the holes of the hitch pin. Its carrying capacity is well within what I need, and I am quite impressed. There is not much movement of the carrier while driving except for big bumps or potholes. This is an excellent alternative to carrying household garbage inside my new car. The walls are held in place with metal pins and a strap, that is a little short and could be a little bit longer. That would be my only complaint about using this car carrier. Otherwise, I highly recommend this for anyone who needs to carry items outside or to need more space.
I purchased this for a 800-mile round trip vacation to Mammoth Lakes. It greatly extended the amount of luggage and gear we could bring with us, as we head 4 adults and a dog in the car. I could hardly tell the cargo carrier was back there while driving, and it didn't impact my gas mileage at all. I assembled and installed this myself, and it was super easy (although would be easier with a second set of hands.) I also purchased a stretchy net cargo cover, which allowed us to pack above the the actual height of the carrier itself. I attached my license plate to the cargo carrier work zip ties, although I will need to get a bracket with lights for the future of doing nighttime driving. I have no regrets on this purchase and highly recommend!

20 x 59 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Great quality and serves its purpose. I wish I ordered the slightly bigger one to fit the bins and items I use it for. For example, a white standard igloo cooler doesn’t fit the way I need it to maximize loading capacity. I highly recommend a stabilizer to prevent wobble.
Very nice quality. Took one person and two wrench about 15 minutes to install the cargo carrier from box. It is very sturdy and the finish is very good. I really like the added height this specific carrier provides.

How's it going everyone It's Ethan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Curt 17 by 46 inch cargo carrier on the back of our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. So we'll go ahead and get this off, and we'll get into some more details about it. The carrier itself is made of steel so it's pretty durable and pretty rigid.

How's it going everybody It's Ethan, here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at our 17 inch by 50 inch Swagman Expanse Cargo Carrier on the back of our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. This is gonna be on our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. This kit is gonna be great for those winter months when you're going to the slopes, you can carry your skis and your snowboards up top right here where it's way easier to access than something like a roof box or a roof mounted ski carrier. And then we still have a box below that where we can lock up some of our gear, have it enclosed from the elements and locked up safe and sound.

Hi, everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at this Flint Hill Goods Aluminum Cargo Carrier and seeing how it fits on our 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. Now, this is gonna be a good way to get some extra stuff carried in your Tahoe by attaching it back here on the cargo carrier, or maybe you've just got some stuff that's messy. You don't wanna bring that mess inside the vehicle. Something I know that I use it for a lot is things like bags of soil, concrete, mulch, things from the hardware store that tend to rip and make a big mess.
Flint Hill Goods Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe FHG27ZR
Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at this Flint Hill Goods Aluminum Cargo Carrier and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. Now, there's going to be two different versions of this carrier. The more narrow version and the wider version. etrailer Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe
Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the etrailer tilting and folding cargo carrier on the back of our 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. Now this is gonna be a really versatile hitch-mounted carrier. For one, a hitch-mounted carrier is very good for carrying some extra stuff, whether we've got that third row of seats up in the back of our Tahoe, and space is limited. Maybe we've got some stuff we're taking on a road trip and we need to get everybody's stuff somewhere, outside on a cargo carrier is a great place to get it. Or maybe we've got some messy items, maybe some things from the hardware store, bags of concrete, malt, sand, things that are heavy and tend to rip often.
etrailer Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe e98874
Howdy, everyone. John here from etrailer and today, we're gonna be taking a look at the etrailer cargo carrier for two inch hitches on our 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. This is gonna be a great way to get some of your stuff out of your vehicle and to the back, just in case you want a little bit of extra space for people that are coming along for a trip. Now, the Chevrolet Tahoe does not have that much cargo space compared to how large it is, so that's gonna be a problem if you wanna fill up this entire place, but you still want to bring some cargo, maybe some drinks in a cooler or so. Maybe you want to put some of your equipment. Maybe you wanna put some chairs.
etrailer Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe
Adam: What's going on everybody Adam here with etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the etrailer Aluminum Cargo Carrier on our 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe. So, when we designed this, we wanted to solve a couple of problems for you guys. A lot of you guys are taking the cargo carrier out and putting it back into the hitch quite often, so that's why we ended up making it out of aluminum, to make it nice and light. It's about 16 pounds, really, really light, and it's going to be really easy to store, just because it's a little bit smaller than your traditional cargo carriers. We're going to have about 60 inches long by about 22 inches wide. The rails only sit up about seven inches, so this going to be great for putting all of your luggage and stuff like that in there, just to free up some of the room in the inside of the Tahoe. When you are going on a trip and you have a bunch of people in there, you want to make sure that they're nice and comfortable.

Adam: What's going on everybody Adam here, with etrailer. Today we're going to be taking a look at the etrailer folding cargo carrier on our 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe. Let's get started.Well, first things first, what really sets this apart from all the other products out there, is that it folds up pretty much smaller than my suitcase that I take to the airport with me. So, it's going to be great for you guys who just have a smaller apartment or just not really a lot of space in your garage to be able to store this. It'll fold up really nicely, like this. So, it's going to be easy to store and you can honestly hold it like a suitcase, which is nice. One thing that I really like about cargo carriers, is just to be able to open up the inside of the vehicle, so we can get a lot more stuff on the outside to make everybody a little bit more comfortable.I remember when I was going on a long trip with my family, we had our whole entire family in there and all of our stuff was just piled in with us and it was not too comfortable, and it wasn't really the most quiet ride.
