Thule Hitching Post Pro Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches
We are very pleased with our bike rack and it gets a lot of use. The only reason for one less star is we can't open our rear gate all the way when the bike rack arm is lowered. Otherwise it would get 5 stars hands down. The service has also been excellent from etrailer. They really want to make sure you have the best product to serve your needs. If I ever need another rack, I wouldn't use any other company. Customer for life :-)
I purchased a trailer hitch for my 2013 Nissan Rogue and a Thule TH934XTR Bike Rack. I was worried initially about the trailer hitch installation due to the age of my car. Once I got started with the install I realized I would need to utilize all of the tricks shown on the website for cleaning out the bolt holes. So I purchased the battery terminal cleaner for 4 dollars from a local car parts store and made my own tap from an existing bolt that I removed from the underside of the car prior to attempting to install the hitch. The homemade tap worked awesome and took care of three heavily rusted holes. I made sure that the bolts would hand tighten all the way prior to starting the installation of the hitch. I did use quite a bit of WD-40. The hitch installation then took about 5 minutes once the holes were cleaned out. It looks great and fit perfectly. The bike rack took about 5 minutes to assemble and install and I pre-fitted my three bikes on the rack so that once we need to use it, it will be all set to load up. The rack works well for my bikes. I was very happy with the standard shipping as it only took 3 days to be delivered. I would recommend both the hitch and the rack for anyone interested in purchasing one.

Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Excellent product; easy to install & easy to mount & remove my 2 bikes on the rack; very sturdy rack & the delivery was expeditious (ordered it Monday, got it Thursday).
I bought the S64650 Bike rack and the 75902 Trailer hitch for my 2017 Rogue. First, the product information provided for these, and all, products is fantastic. There is almost so much information, it is sometimes hard to choose the right product. They all seem very good. I also found the hitch installation video to be a great help. I watched it a couple of times and then watched bits of it during the installation. The install went exactly as described in the video. Extremely helpful. I am also happy with the bike rack. Easy to put together, and my first trip out with the bikes was uneventful. Seemed solid. I will say that putting the bike on the track closest to the car requires a bit of care, since it is so close to the vehicle. However, I found that if you put the "hold down" arm for the inside bike on the top, then I can simply slide it off and more easily lower the bike into the tracks. Then put the arm back and and push it down to secure the bike. Much easier than trying to maneuver the bike around the arm and into the track without hitting the vehicle. I will need to get some racks for our kayaks soon, and will definitely use etrailer again.

Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
I must tell you, my excellent rating is based on the ease of putting the unit together, and how simple it was to attach to my Nissan Rogue. It is perfect for two bikes, even my wifes step through with a slant bar. But that's about all I can say, as the weather in the Northeast, and here in Buffalo, has been so crappy, the unit has done nothing but sit in my garage for 3 weeks! I'm sure it will be GREAT when I can use it, as I did a test ride of about 5 miles on pothole filled streets, and the bikes and rack were absolutely solid! I hope to get the rack in action before July. Joking...sort of!
Great rack. I needed a rack that would fit a Nissan Rogue. I'm a pickup guy and I've always had fork-mount racks in the past so using this rack was new territory for me Good value when compared against Yakima or Thule. Durable and easy to install. Fits all my bikes. I can only think of a couple things that I don't like with this rack. I own multiple bikes, mountain, cyclocross and road. It is challenging to adjust the rack back and forth between the three frame styles. I have put hash marks on the rack for each bike to make the adjustments repeatable but it still takes some work to make them fit. Also bear in mind that tires wider than 2.5 may give you trouble fitting in the hoops. They make a hoop for fat bike tires but it is not as robust as the stock hoops on this rack. I would buy this rack again or recommend it to a friend. Etrailer was a dynamite company to deal with and I look forward to using them in the future.

Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - Hanging Style
awesome, adjustable bike trailer, I was able to use it on my Nissan Rogue and Toyota Corolla
Quality product that has been easy to use. I wanted something that could be kept on my Pathfinder and still allowed me to open the back hatch. We can quickly switch it to my wife's Rogue with a few length adjustments.

Swagman Trailhead Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
First, I have to compliment etrailer on their excellent customer service. I submitted a question about a different rack and received a thorough reply. The rack arrived faster than I expected, but it was the wrong one. No big deal. With a simple 10 minute phone call the correct one was on the way. It arrived just as fast. Now to the rack. It came fully assembled. All I had to do was put the stabilizer bolt in. Very small. No big deal. The rack slid right in. I loved the hitch bolt. It slowed the process a tad , but it made it a lot sturdier. I have a Nishiki Alamosa with a 22 inch frame and 27.5 inch tires. This bike is not small. It was no trouble getting it on and strapped down. The thick rubber straps were great. I also purchased 2 soft ride hook and loop tire downs to keep the front tire straight. The ride was smooth. Plenty of ground clearance. No worries there. Did it shake any? Of course when I hit a bump it did a little. Unloading the bike and removing the rack was quick and easy. Overall after only one trip with this rack I am thoroughly satisfied. It was perfect. It's only about 10 miles to the trail so I didn't need anything more.
I got this for my 2018 Nissan Rogue as it sets far away enough from the hitch. Comes assembled which is nice Have used it without any problems Service at etrailer is good too

Thule Passage 3 Bike Carrier - Trunk Mount
Bought this to transport my children's bicycles; for the smallest bike (6 year olds) the bike is too small to fit on this properly; fortunately its also small enough to put inside our Nissan Rogue, so not the end of the world. For my 8 year old it just fits and its fine for my adult bike. I keep the rack on all the time as it doesn't get in the way when not in use, and attaches very solidly. My only other comment would be I am a short small person, and its a struggle to get the bikes attached. The strap system was definitely designed for someone with bigger stronger hands, so its unnecessarily frustrating. Overall it does what I need it to.
Thule passage 3 bikes carrier is an amazing product. I love the product design, quality and easy to install for use.

Saris Bones 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms
While getting a bike rack for a sports car isn't ideal, I really wanted to transfer my bike with my own car instead of borrowing my friend's pickup truck. After hours of trying to find a bike rack that would be good for my 07 Mustang, I decided to give this one a try and I gotta say, it has been pretty good so far. It fits very well over the factory spoiler. One of my biggest concerns I was worried about when ordering a rack for my Mustang was ruining the paint, but the feet on the legs haven't left one scratch. I have used this to transfer my bike at freeway speeds (up to 80 mph) on car rides that typically last an hour and my bike was perfectly secure throughout each ride. For extra security, I wrapped both bike wheels with a ratchet strap so the wheels and pedals wouldn't shift in transit. So far, I am very pleased with this bike rack for the price and quality. I would highly recommend this if you want a rack that is affordable and durable.
Seemingly well-constructed and supported bike rack. It fits my 2018 Toyota Camry SE just fine and I haven't had any issues with sway or even feeling my bike while driving. I've only carried one bike on it and have used it a limited number of times, so I cannot speak on durability and longevity. Although you shouldn't open your trunk while the rack is attached, I have been able to do so with no issue (without the bike attached).

Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Truly grooving on my wife's new Swagman Chinook bike rack. She wanted to be able to transport her nice road bike easily without throwing it in the back of her car, and since a roof rack is out of the question, this Swagman model fit the bill perfectly. It arrived quickly on the anticipated date. Kudos to etrailer.com for the email updates to keep me informed of my purchase. Within one hour, it was installed on my wife's 2014 Mazda3 hatchback. The Swagman is heavy and solid, which is reassuring as it makes me feel confident that it will keep the bikes secure. It also makes me feel like I got my money's worth. A ratchet wrench and Phillip's head screwdriver were the only tools required for the easy install. I did my research before purchasing the Chinook model as I was also eyeballing a very similar Thule rack that was slightly more expensive. I spoke with an etrailer.com expert who gave me the lowdown on both models. Ultimately, the Swagman won out because it has a smaller 'footprint' while extended or folded up ... and also can tilt away from the car for easy access to the hatchback area. Very convenient! FYI: Mazda doesn't make a trailer hitch for the Mazda3 as it's a small car with a small engine and has no business towing anything. Thankfully, the Curt company makes an aftermarket frame and trailer hitch that fits the Mazda3 hatchback perfectly with no drilling. Stupidly, I purchased it from another online company thinking I was getting a good deal. Turns out etrailer.com had it for less with FREE shipping. Oh well ... live and learn. Now I know that etrailer.com is one-stop shopping for bike racks AND trailer hitches. (Full disclosure: I had the garage down the street install the frame as it's easier with a lift) Only snafu: the shipment contained an extra set of keys that I assumed was for the hitch bolt lock (there was also a set of keys on the bolt itself). I spent 15 minutes using those keys trying to figure out how to remove the lock from the bolt to install it on the hitch. The keys just wouldn't turn in the lock. I called etrailer.com and Kevin told me to try the other set of keys ... and they worked. So an extra set of keys came with it that did absolutely nothing ... weird! Obviously, I can't speak to the longevity and durability of the Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack as I just installed it. What I can speak to is the sturdiness of it, the ease of the installation and my complete satisfaction with the good folks at etrailer.com.
I ordered the Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack on line from etrailer and so far have been very satisfied. The bike rack was delivered in less than a week. Unpacking the rack and assembly was fairly straightforward. I have read some reviews that complained the assembly instructions were a bit vague. I didn't have a problem but can see where others without a mechanical background get confused. The rack is very sturdy, but there is some side to side play in the tilt mechanism. I'm not sure this can be avoided with a rack that folds down. Installing the Curt trunk stabilizing strap takes most of the sway out of the rack. Installation is fairly easy and quick. It takes me 6 - 7 minutes to install the back on my hitch, and to install the bike and be ready to drive away. That seems reasonable to me. So far I've only loaded 1 bike. I've included pictures of my installation on a 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 sedan. Clearance between the bikes, the rack and the car are good. With the bike loaded in the inside, most forward position, I have 6" clearance between the pedal and the bumper. With the bike removed, the center support folded flat and the rack folded up in the storage position, I have 4" clearance between the closest part of the bike rack (the fold down hinge assembly) and the back bumper of the car. I am able to open the trunk of the car without removing the bikes or using the tilt feature, but I do have to remove the stabilizing strap first. Overall, I'm very pleased with the bike rack and think it will serve me much better than my old strap on rack. Since the weather has been cool since getting the bike carrier, I haven't taken any long trips to give it a real workout.

Swagman Trailhead Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting
Easy Online research and ordering. Very helpful staff for questions. Product delivered in 2 days to CO. Great online Install info (videos, pictures, etc). Will buy again.

Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Gunmetal Gray
I am very impressed with the quality and it was very easy to put together. Etrailer was awesome and very prompt shipment.
This thing is built like a tank! It is of the best fit and funtion I have seen in a bike rack! Solid as can be, fits my bikes perfectly and looks awesome! Plus it folds completely out of the way to access the rear liftgate on my 2022 Rav4!

Nice bike rack. User friendly lever to release tilt. Perfect bike rack for 2.

Rola Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Tilting
Decent 4-bike rack for the price. Stable side-to-side with the screw-in hitch pin (2 inch receiver version). Gets some fore-aft rocking over bumps at speed (inherent to the tilting design). Bikes need bungee cords to keep them from swinging (typical for this style of rack). I used this with two bikes, and really struggle to see how four full-size bikes could be added. Maybe if seats were removed? I added bumpers and some padding for the vertical post, and will probably relocate the retainer pin lanyard so the rack can be completely collapsed for storage. A few design improvements for 5 star rating would be: 1 - Add some bumpers for the fully lowered position, 2 -Add some padding on the vertical post for bike contact or accidental vehicle hatch lifting when in the raised position, 3 - Mount the retainer pin lanyard to one of the through-bolts or move the lanyard hole - collapsing this rack chews up the retaining lanyard. etrailer.com service was great - well packaged, and quickly shipped!
Excellent service and fast shipping by etrailer. Bike rack itself was easy to put together and install. It came in with a few scratches. It works well with large bikes. Slight problems started with the smaller bikes. The rack's arms are wide enough to accommodate the bikes, but the slides are not designed for smaller frames. If you have smaller bikes you might have to purchase the bike frame adapter bar for each bike. It's not a huge problem for us since the kids are growing up fast and soon they will have to graduate to the large frame bikes. In the mean time I will have to use extra straps to hold them together.

Swagman XTC4 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
This is a very nice piece of hardware for what I need. I wanted a carrier built well enough to haul 4 bikes several hundred miles without damage. I also was impressed that it gives a little extra clearance at the back, because of how it angles up from the pavement. I am using this unit with a Nissan Rogue, and my U-Haul hitch doesn't come out quite far enough to allow it to swing into the upright position. I emailed etrailer for a solution, and their answer was extremely thorough and helpful. (I will need to get a hitch extender with an anti rattle device; I just haven't done that yet.) Dealing with etrailer.com was fantastic. This is a SUPER professional, courteous group to deal with; they're education- and service-oriented. More online businesses should pattern themselves after etrailer's model. You can't help but want to do more business with them!
Rack is very sturdy and heavy duty. Instructions were terrible. Locking hitch pin would not thread correctly and ended up damaging it. Thankfully the threads on rack were fine and I was able to use the non-locking threaded pin. Would like a replacement locking pin ASAP
Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hey, everybody, Cooper here from etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Hollywood Rack Sport Rider SE on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. What we have here is going to be a platform-style bike rack able to accommodate up to two bikes at an impressive 80 pounds each for their weight rating, which means that our heavier e-bikes are going to be an option for this. Now unfortunately, one of our main points of contact is going to be from the center mass, and it's going to be making that frame contact, which means that our carbon frame bikes unfortunately are not going to be an option for this rack. However, since our hook does have the ability to move up and down this rack pretty freely, that means that we're going to be able to accommodate most alternative frame bikes. Now, this rack does come with a tilt-away feature.
Yakima OnRamp E-Bike Platform Rack with Ramp Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hi everybody. Cooper here at etrailer. And today we're going to be taking a look at the Yakima OnRamp on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. What we have here is going to be a platform style bike rack able to hold up to two bikes individually rated for 66 pounds each. Unless we're going to be taking it off-roading or putting in our RV, then that drops our weight capacity down to 40. So if we do have it on a normal car, 66 pounds each.
Curt Premium 4 Bike Rack Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hi everyone, Aidan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Curt Premium four-bike rack and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2021 Nissan Rogue. This is gonna be a hanging style bike rack that holds the bike by the frame hanging down below the arms. There's three main points of contact to make this work all in the form of these stretchy rubber straps that hold the bike frame down into the cradles, with that third one being around the side here, limiting our side to side movement and helping with bike to bike contact. One thing I'll point out right away with the Nissan Rogue is that the whole rack sits very close to the vehicle. And that also means that this inner bike sits close to the vehicle.
Kuat NV 2.0 2-Bike Platform Rack Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hey, everybody. Cooper here at etrailer. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Kuat NV 2.0 on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Our rack is going to be a platform style bike rack, able to accommodate up to two bikes individually weight rated at 60 pounds each, which means that our heavier e-bikes are going to be an available fit for this rack. Our two main points of contact are going to be a ratcheting hook on our front tire, and a wheel clamp here on our back tire. Since we're making no-frame contact, our alternative frame bikes, as well as our carbon frame bikes are also going to be options here.
Hollywood Racks Destination 2 Bike Platform Rack Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hey everybody, Cooper here at etrailer. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Destination 2 on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. What we're gonna have here is a platform style bike rack able to accommodate up to two bikes individually weight rated at 35 pounds each which means unfortunately our heavier e-bikes are not going to be available for this rack. We're going to have three main points of contact, a rubber strap on our front and back tire as well as a center mast making frame contact here as our main point. So unfortunately, our carbon frame bikes are not going to be an option either. One really nice thing is though that our main point of contact on our center mast here does move up and down while also having the ability to rotate, meaning that we can accommodate most alternative frame bikes.
Hollywood Racks Destination 4 Bike Platform Rack Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hey everybody, Cooper here at etrailer. Today we're going to be taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Destination 4 on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. This is going to be a platform style bike rack able to accommodate up to four bikes, individually weight rated for 35 pounds each. So that means unfortunately our heavier e-bikes are not going to be an option for this rack. Also, the main point of contact from our rack is going to be on our center mast, which holds onto our frame. So that means that our carbon frame bikes are unfortunately not going to be an option either.
RockyMounts GuideRail 2 Bike Rack Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hey everybody. Cooper here at etrailer and today we're going to be taking a look at the Rocky Mounts Guide Rail on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Our rack is going to be a two platform style bike rack, being able to hold up to 60 pounds per bike each which means that our heavier rated e-bikes are going to be an option here. Our two main point of contacts are our rationing arms on both our front and back tire, which means we're not making any frame contact. So not only our carbon frame bikes but our alternative frame bikes are going to be an option here as well too. First feature we're gonna show you is our tilt weight feature.
Malone RunWay 2-Bike Platform Rack Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hi, everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer, and today, we have the Malone Runway 2-Bike Platform Rack, and we'll take a look at how it fits our 2021 Nissan Rogue. So the owner of this vehicle actually got this bike rack, because they're looking for something that is lightweight where they can easily lift it up and into their hitch receiver, but also, is affordable, so that's definitely where this sits. Now, you do have some pros and cons with this type of bike rack, like it does take a little bit more work to its features like tilt it away and fold it up, and we're gonna focus on that, focusing on the Nissan Rogue. There are two length settings for this bike rack, we have it at the furthest out setting, and even then, we still have a little bit of a close call when it comes to mountain bikes. So if you have long handlebars, this is something you have to be mindful of as the bike rack shifts around. If you need to tilt the bike rack away with the bike on, this does tilt away.
Thule Hitching Post Pro Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hi, everyone, Aidan here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Thule Hitching Post Pro Hanging-Style Bike Rack and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now, with this being a hanging-style bike rack, that does mean the bike is going to hang by the frame. You've got these dual arms with four sets of cradles, so capable of carrying up to four bikes, and having three points of contact on that frame. Two straps over the top that hold it down into these deep cradles, and the third one on the seat post here, acting as an anti-sway cradle, which does (indistinct) our side to side movement, helping with bike to bike contact and preventing the bike from running into our vehicle. A lot of different bike racks that we've tested today had clearance issues with the Nissan Rogue.
RockyMounts Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the RockyMounts MonoRail 2-Bike Rack and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2021 Nissan Rogue. This is gonna be a platform style bike rack and what that means is the bike sits on top of the rack rather than hanging from it. This particular one has two wheel cradles and a front wheel hook. That wheel hook is gonna be the primary thing that keeps the bike upright and still and it does a really good job at that.
Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Swagman Skaha 2 platform style bike rack and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now this is going to be kind of a mid-range bike rack, but able to work with a wide range of bikes. With this being a platform style rack the bike is going to sit on top of the rack in these wheel cradles, and this particular one holds the bike in place primarily by our front wheel hook right here. That's gonna be the thing that holds the bike upright and keeps it still for the most part, and it does a pretty good job at getting a strong hold on the bike.
Hollywood Racks Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Hollywood Racks Destination e-bike rack and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2021 Nissan Rogue. This is gonna be a platform style bike rack which means that the bike sits on top of this tray and this one is held in by the frame. We've got a clamp up top holding onto our frame wherever it fits best. It can rotate around 360 degrees and move around the mast here to adapt to different frame styles. So a good option for alternative frames.
Yakima Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Everybody, welcome to etrailer.com, I'm Bobby. And today we're taking a look at the Yakima BackRoad 4 Bike Rack carrier here on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. As you guys can see, this is gonna be a great way of getting a multitude of bikes to the trailhead, whether it be for friends or for families. As you can see, we are getting a dual arm support here. Kuat Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hey, everybody. Welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look at the Kuat Transfer V2 Two-Bike platform rack here on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now right outta the gate, I think the Transfer does an excellent job of staying pretty low profile and with a pretty minimalistic design does a great job of getting some of our bikes to the trail ahead with us. You can see it has that little signature U-frame design that offers a couple key advantages over some of the other platform acts out there. The biggest one, as you can see, I can stand right in here and actually start getting right underneath our bike.
Inno Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at the Inno Tire Hold 2 Bike Platform, here on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now a two-Tire Hold system does an excellent job of exactly what you think it does. It holds onto our bikes by their tires. So that makes it great for our carbon frame bikes that we need to get up on here. However, don't let it fool you.
RockyMounts Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby, and today we're taking a look at the RockyMounts BackStage two-bike platform rack here on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now I'm a pretty big fan of the BackStage for a lot of reasons. We're getting a lot of maneuverability with this rack, however, we are still getting a nice stable platform for our bikes. Not only that, we are getting upwards of 60 pounds per bike to actually get up on here. So you notice we do have our big heavy ebike up on here.
Yakima HoldUp Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hey, everybody. Welcome to etrailer.com. I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look at the Yakima HoldUp Two Bike Platform Rack here on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now HoldUp does a good job of getting a couple of bikes to the trailhead and I think it looks pretty clean doing it as well. You'll notice a lot of red contact points, letting us know where we can start manipulating our rack. So I do like seeing that.
Swagman Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
Hey everybody, welcome to etrailer.com I'm Bobby and today we're taking a look at the Swagman XC2, 2-Bike Platform Rack here on our 2021 Nissan Rogue. Now, right out of the gate, the Swagman does an excellent job of just getting our bikes to the trailhead. Now you're losing a lot of those bells and whistles, you might see on some of those more premium bike racks. As you can see nothing too crazy going on here. However, it is very effective at getting our bikes to the trailhead. At a 35-pound capacity per bike, we're getting most of our standard bikes to the trails with us today.
Yakima Roof Bike Racks Review - 2021 Nissan Rogue
