The products were ordered on Sunday night late, delivered by Wednesday. Converting drum surge brakes to disc, electric over hydraulic on a boat trailer for 26ft Sea Ray boat. I had everything including Titan brake actuator, 4 kodiac rotor and caliper conversion kits with bearings, and new lines installed by Thursday evening. Installation was straight forward, everything fit perfectly. One of the calipers was malfunctioning (not releasing). I called customer service and I had a new one within two days, it's now installed and working great!! Great product! Awesome service!!

I recently ordered two self adjusting brakes and wire. Through error on my part I ordered the wrong butt connectors. That's okay when I place my next order I will order the correct ones. The brakes were easy to install thanks to all the videos e trailer provides. I will be placing more orders before my 1965 Serro Scotty is completed.

The new axle we purchased from you is under this parade float. The float consists of a dedicated SUV and a heavily modified snowmobile trailer , the unique part is that it can bend in the middle to negotiate turns and the sail can be lowered to clear low obstacles on the parade route. This has been in parades in Seattle,Portland ,Calgary and Chicago .The art work changes every three years per parade rules. It takes about 6 hours to assemble the float at each parade and after, it all breaks down and stores in the trailer that forms the back half of the float.

I recently ordered a gas/CO detector and wire connectors from you. Everything was good. It arrived a week ago and I installed it last weekend. I think my only suggestion would be to give us folks in Canada a heads up as to how long it takes for delivery. It ended up taking about 3 weeks so after about 10 days, I started wondering when it was going to arrive.

Best for non environmental exposure use. Use of sealed heat shrinkable terminals is recommended for maximum resistance to environmental exposure.

These worked fine. I used them to terminate LED lighting. No issues in the last year or so.

The manufacturer of my trailer screwed the grounding wire for the trailer into the tongue of the trailer using a self-tapping screw. That lasted about two months before the wire snapped free. Instead of having that happen again, I used this product by crimping the grounding wire to the but end and then I placed the cotter pin from the trailer coupler through the loop and the wire from that pin makes constant contact with the loop, allowing grounding. Worked like a charm and there's no tension on the grounding wire anymore.

Ordered several things to hook up trailer brake controller on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Everything was promptly shipped and at a fair price. Will use etrailer.com again, if I have the need.

I ordered a Ventline Vanair RV vent fan. It arrived on time and in good shape. I believe I paid a fair price for this item. I have not yet installed the fan, but have no reason to suspect it will not be the exact replacement for the defective one in my Airstream. I also purchased the butt connectors to hook up the fan during installation.

etrailer products and service are excellent! With their helpful videos and staff (plus a little help from Curt Manufacturing and our teardrop trailer manufacturer (CampInn)) I was able to install electric brakes on the trailer, and a controller in my vehicle by myself. I had never installed electric brakes before. Everything works perfectly!

Order was complete and delivered in a timely manner. Only problem (minor) was the 7way pigtail was not wired to color code. Had to use test light to get 3 of the wires in correct location. Could be a problem if someone wasn't comfortable with ringing out wires.

eTrailer is a great resource for replacement trailer light lenses. Stationary objects keep running into my trailer lights and smashing the lenses. Local stores carry only a couple of lens types -- not the LED light lens. eTrailer's prices are very good, and my order shipped the same day. I will continue to do business with eTrailer.

These little connectors work great! They are simple and quick to install. I used them to connect some new tail lights, which I also bought from this company, to a jet ski trailer. I received my wiring harness and other components on the day in which they were promised for delivery. I had already viewed one of your posted videos on how to re-wire a utility trailer so I promptly installed the wiring harness and connected it to the lights which I had already mounted. Everything worked great! This was the first time I had re-wired a trailer and was initially apprehensive about doing the job myself. Your video made the difference! All are great products. Have used them in the past and will continue to use. What's more important then the product is the customer service I received when making this order. I had, I believe his name was James or Jay email me and told me that one of the products I ordered was out of stock and that if I changed it to a product he advised was similar, that I would get my order a lot sooner. So I did and I'm glad he intervened.

Have been needing battery terminal ends for various things (boat rework, replacing old rider mower cables, etc). These ends are exactly what I need.

It's a quick splice connector, does what it's supposed to do. However, you can find these a lot cheaper than $1.73 each. I found 50 for $7.47 ($0.14/each). Do your research.
