Chose Optronics because of warranty and help from customer service at etrailer. Staff is awesome, very knowledgeable. Light is very bright, installation very easy, all holes lined up with factory holes on a 2001 Shoreland'r boat trailer

The lights fit and function perfectly. Beware of the USPS, however. Their tracking system is terrible, but that is a whole separate issue. Etrailer did an excellent job.

I have been more than pleased with the quality and performance of the Optronics brand lights! These are no exception! This tail light assembly is a direct replacement on my ShoreLander trailer. The running lights, including four on the side, are a nice feature. The brake/signal light are more intense as expected. Lastly, the dimensions and mounting holes allowed me to bolt them into place without issue! I, like others, am amazed at the brightness of the lights. They are a huge upgrade over my existing incandescent lamps! I am looking forward to no more burnt/broken bulbs! I have purchased Optronics tailslights in the past, and am purchasing again as I like the quality/performance of the taillight assemblies. I would buy again and I would recommend to others as well!

Installed the new lights today. Easy peasy. I grew up on a farm, in the country, and have been fixin' and futchin' with trailer lights since I was 6, it seems (I'm 74 now). Hopefully this is the last time I'll need to fix the lights on this particular trailer.

Really cheap. These lights are marketed as submersible, but based on what's in the package I'm really dubious. The lens bodies are not sealed. As you can see My photo, each lens body has a clearance hole for the wire - No gasket, and plenty of room around the wire, So water will definitely flood in and submerge the contacts and bulb/socket If you put these on a boat trailer. Additionally, to Make the wire connections. They give you wire nuts. For submersible wire connections, at the very least, you should use crimp butts wrapped in tape - or better yet a heat shrink crimp butt. But they give you wire nuts, which aren't even really stable against vibration, let alone moisture. It does say 3-year warranty on the package, however, so I guess I'll be testing that out.

Optronics makes really good trailer lights. They don't survive me backing my cattle trailer into poles, but that's my issue. My cattle trailer is 20 years old and originally came with old school bulbs. But Optronics makes LED replacements in the same form factor so I have upgraded as I break them. Nice to know I can still get newer LED bulbs for fixtures that are 20 years old. That's what you get with a company like Optronics. And, etrailer has the best technical descriptions and videos available so I know what I'm getting and that they will fit.

Wow, what a difference LED clearance lights make, especially at night. It makes my business information really stand out and people who follow me really notice that. I've been wanting to go LED the past couple years and now that I recently made the change, I'm not ever going back to standard low-level light bulbs again. Thanks etrailer for offering these lights and at a very affordable price. You were almost half the price as our local part store was selling them for, plus these are more stylish as well.

I like these reflectors better than the rectangular reflectors, the pre-installed double back sticky tape works well. I still drill hole and put in screws, just me I guess. They look great and are large enough to be seen well on the side of any trailer or what ever you chose to put them on.

Just what we needed. I ordered a large quantity for fence posts. Price was better for these reflectors than post specific models. Product took fairly long to arrive but George at Etrailer contacted me to let me know there was a delay.

When my 7 year old utility trailer lost it's lights, I looked for a solution. The package came quickly and was easy to install. It was a good idea to include the wiring kit along with the Lights because I installed the lights first and discovered that the problem wasn't solved. I then rewired the entire harness and it all works well. I would recommend one change - instead of the wire nuts, add a waterproof heat sealing connection - I soldered my wire connections using a heat shrink wrap. Also - waterproof tap in connections for the side running lights would be helpful.

Product worked perfectly for what we were using it for. I purchased a motorcycle and needed to move the license plate bracket to be able to add bags. I found your bracket online, knowing we were going to have to jerry rig it to where we wanted to mount it. I was a little suprised the bracket was plastic when I received it, but still worked great. A friend made 2 mounting brackets from a flat bar, cutting and bending them to the length and angle we needed. Drilled holes and mounted them under the rear fender. Mounted the license plate bracket on the other ends of the custom brackets and wired it in for lights.

As usual from etrailer, the product is as designed and works as it should. Shipping is slower than amzn and wmrt, but the tech support makes it worth waiting.

etrailer delivers again. Exactly what I expected. After two hitches and several other items, etrailer has become my “go to” all my towing/trailer needs. The generous length of the wiring is appreciated as these lights will be installed so the lights and wiring can be removed & installed in just a few minutes. This trailer is used infrequently and removing the lights and wiring is the only way I can keep the squirrels from chewing the plastic!

We installed these on one of your work trucks because the standard lights are faint during the day and burn out after a short time. These lights are bright and will out live the life of vehicle.

Replaced the ones on our church bus. Some of the LED arrays had stopped working. These? So far, so good.

I purchased this Optronics LED Backup Light to supplement the amount of reverse light that the T Bargman LED taillights provide. I installed them on a 1991 Ford E450 21 passenger church bus. This light is intended to be installed in a steel trailer frame with a rubber grommet which I did not order. I did not realize that a grommet was required. I probably would have ordered the grommets just in case I needed them but it was not made obvious to me on the website or recommended that I may want to consider including them in the order. After receiving the package and examining the light I realized that there was no way to secure the light into place without something. I went back to the website and looked up the light again and drilled down to the bottom and there it was, the grommet that I needed. Why didn't the site make the recommendation more obvious or suggest this part before ordering like it did with the wiring lead...? I was able to still make the lights work, it just took a little bit of planning which was required anyway with this custom retrofit application. I cut a precise hole into the fiberglass so that I could recess the light, which was my original plan even before realizing that the light required a grommet. I recessed the light in the hole and glued it in place with silicone. Time will tell if this was a good idea or not. I wish that I would have ordered the elbow wiring leads in stead of the straight ones. I ran into a clearance issue with the straight lead and had to modify them as well.

I have received the product and am very happy to say that the product is going to work for the application we needed it for. However we did have a question on if you could provide part numbers for us. We want to get the pig tail and the grommet for the lights we just purchased for us. Could you provide part numbers so we could get those ordered?

My old license plate light had a cracked lens and incandescent bulbs. This replacement with LED lights is a great upgrade!

I needed a replacement for a utility trailer. Other aftermarket lights would require drilling & tapping. This unit actually has a ground wire rather than grounding through the unit body.

It is a great product. I like for the streamline and isn't bulky. It will used on the golf cart to run on road at times for safety.

Worked great as a replacement for OEM that was no longer available for RV. I also replaced the back side marker lights so the front and back matched. Pat C did a great job in completing my order with substitution for out of stock resistor.

It fit my 1998 Skeeter bass boat trailer and worked perfectly. I'm glad the connector came with some extra long wires.

Purchased LED lights to re-wire a 12-year old trailer. etrailer had all the lights/gaskets needed. Perfect fit to the original OEM lights.

The backing plates and drums came quickly and all items necessary for installation were there except for the nuts that hold the backing plates to the axle flange. I guess they assume this is a replacement part rather than a new installation. The nuts were purchased at my local hardware store for a couple dollars, some grease for the bearings and the parts were on in a couple hours. The price was reasonable here too and free shipping. I will order from etrailer next time.

Great for price

I bought 3 lights (1) spare. I lost the brake light function on one about 9 months after installation. Lights are very bright and durable. Only negative, wires weren't labeled for function/usage.
