Swagman XTC2 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
The assembly of the rack was straight forward and quick. I have used it once and had no problems. Loading the bikes was very easy compared to a roof rack. Overall I like the rack. After the installation, I bought a bolt lock to replace the standard hitch bolt. The bolt lock made the rack sway slightly during travel, but not a real concern. Being able to fold the wheel rails up when not using the rack to carry bikes is a nice feature. I am pleased with this purchase.
I am impressed with this company's professionalism. They kept me informed from start to finish with emails and tracking info. The product is just as advertised and expected.

Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
This rack is mounted on our 2-inch hitch and feels very solid. Two regular adult bikes were easy to mount. The wheel loops tighten so you don't have to continually readjust if you put the bikes on in the same order. It does stick out from the vehicle and because it is low I am worried that someone will hit it in a parking lot. For now, I decided to take it off while not in use. We made our first trip today and went on the freeway no problem. Overall I am very satisfied.
Received the bike rack shipment today and did a partial assembly, following the easy to understand instructions. Plan on completing the installation on the vehicle tomorrow. We were concerned on possible missing parts as the package was badly damaged - see pics - but all were there and we are very satisfied. Suzanne L.

Swagman XTC4 Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Bought the Draw-Tite trailer hits together with the Swagman XTC4 4-bike rack. Bought based on reviews on e-trailer and other sites that this is a sturdy and good-working combination for carrying 4 bikes. * Delivery: Fast (<5 days) * Packaging: Package had holes, which is not unusual as the box with the hitch has a lot of empty spaces. Others had same issue, but nothing to worry about. The hitch cannot really break easily and the hardware is safely stored in the 2inch receiver. * Installation: Very nice video instructions on etrailer. Installation really can use two people, but it's fairly easy with two people. Had some problems with one of the nine screws to bite although I did a try run before mounting the hitch. Worked after some minutes of wiggling the hitch so that the screw got the correct angle to bite. * Usage: Installed the day of delivery and used it the next day. It's the first time I used a trailer hitch and for sure the first time I used to carry 4 bikes. Stopped looking in the rear-view mirror after 1 minutes seeing that it's barely moving at all. So with a limited use so far I can confirm other's reviews of this combination and I think it works great. Recommended.
What we like about it: Easy on-off for 3 bikes; adjustable; folds up when not needed; transports very securely. Lock built in to bike rack offers mental security as well. What we don't like: hard to get 4th bike on--have to be strategic about placement of bikes/directions they are pointing, to fit 2 adult & 2 kid bikes, one with stunt spikes. Also, when it's up you can't access cargo space at all, and when it's down, it's hard to access the cargo space b/c the bike rack gets in the way of opening/reaching into it. And when flipped up (not using), it still sticks out quite a bit, making it hard to park in tight spaces. it's not very difficult to remove it, but it's heavy. Finally, one of our adjustable "hooks" (the part that hooks over the middle of the bike to secure it) doesn't adjust easily--need 2 hands' strength to squeeze it hard enough to get it to move. It's been this way since we first got it. For these reasons, can't give it 5 stars--but we give it 4 b/c we think as we use it more we'll get the strategy down, and the convenience and security and clever design make it worth 4/5 stars. We've definitely done more family biking since we bought it and that was the goal.

Curt Bike Rack for 5 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Tilting
The straps are junk and four of them tore within a week of using them. I also almost lost one bike because of the straps. If I could I would return this unit.
We used this bike rack for at least 2 RV trips. The third trip we took we lost one bike off of the rear most rack. Ended up having to replace this bike rack with one from another store. Would only recommend for local trips only.

Curt Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Tilting
This rack has worked well for us. I fits the Curt hitch perfectly. It is easy to attach bicycles securely. We can get three adult bicycles on this hitch (see photo). There are sufficient means to protect against sway.
This Curt bike carrier is ideal for my front hitch that I recently installed on my 2005 GMC. I had to remove my front tag holder for clearance but it works perfectley. It can be easily removed and installed on the back hitch when I'm not towing my camper. This is a well built and solid bike carrier. It was delivered very timely and well packaged.

Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
Good solid no nonsense bike rack. I like it. Straps and ratchets are well made, bikes are secure. Metal frame has a rough powder coated finish, seems like it will be rust resistant. Money well spent, I feel like I got a good deal.
The Rack is very good and works well. I think that some of the directions do not highlight some of the order in assembly steps which resulted in partiallly taking it apart and bending one of the attachment screws which appeared to be very soft.

Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount
The ordering process was easy, lots of pictures. The package was delivered on time and the box was without any damage. The bike rack was really easy to put together. All metal construction, except for the contact point for the bike. Feels solid.
This performed great with the Curt class 3 hitch I also bought from you! Very stable, easy to move out of the way, load, unload, and isn't wobbly on the road at all. Easy to put together, too. Very glad I bought it.

Yakima FullSwing Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Swing Away
Heavy duty rack, fit very nicely on my Highlander
Installation today was pretty straight forward. We had no problems. It may require two people to install the bike rack onto the hitch because it is pretty heavy. But, as a 41 yo woman I was able to attach the bike rack to the hitch by myself. We haven't used it yet to transport our bikes, but I imagine that will be seamless too.
Fit Verified: Swagman Current Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes on a 2016 Toyota Highlander
Adam: Hi, everyone. Adam with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Swagman Current bike rack on our 2016 Toyota Highlander. This is going to be designed for e-bikes, and can hold up to two at once with three different tie-down points per bike. So, there is one frame contact right here on the main beam right here. These frame hooks connect down and basically squeeze your bike to that bike rack just to ensure that it won't really move around.
Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2016 Toyota Highlander
Adam: Hi everyone, Adam with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at the Thule Camber on our 2016 Toyota Highlander. So this is going to be a hanging style bike rack that can hold up to four bikes with three tie down points per bike. You're going to have two up top here, and one anti-sway cradle on the bottom. And what that's going to do, it's going to limit that bike-to-bike contact that you get when you're going down the road.So let me just go ahead and show you how easy it is to get your bike off this rack. It has a zip tie style strap, so you got to press in this little pressure pin, and as you can tell, there is a rubberized coating underneath here, so that's going to protect the top of your frame of your bike. And also, there is a rubber insert in the actual part of the strap itself, and with these little ridges, and what that's going to do, it's going to make room for your bike cables, so they're not smashing up against your frame when you're headed down the road.

The tilt feature is slightly different on this where we have this handle up at the front instead of having a pin to remove or a pushpin to pull out. We'll hold onto the bike rack, pull the lever towards us, and that'll let it come forward. Now we have full hatch access to get what we need, and there is going to be plenty of space between our handlebar and the hatch itself. To put it back into its original position, it's very easy.

Today on our 2016 Toyota Highlander, we're going to be test fitting the Curt premium 4 bike rack, part number C18064. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's go ahead and take a closer look and show of some of the features. The first thing is how the frame is kind of bent inward towards the end here. That's going to accommodate different size bikes, such as kids' bikes. How the bike is attached to the rack, we're going to have 3 points of contact with the bike's frame.
Test Fit: Rola Bike Rack for 4 Bikes on a 2016 Toyota Highlander
Today on our 2016 Toyota Highlander, we're going to be testing the Rola TX1044 bike rack, part #59401. We already have a bike installed on the rack, let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. The first feature I'd like to show is the integrated cable lock in the center of the mast. You pull this out, wrap it around your bikes, and attach it to this end here for additional security to prevent theft and tampering. The arms themselves are adjustable, so it gives you a little bit of wiggle room when you're installing your bikes to situate them appropriately. Now how it actually attaches to the bike rack, we're going to have 3 points of contact. We're going to have 2 straps up at the top here and 1 off to the side here, and that's going to serve as an anti-sway strap to keep the bike from moving too far back-and-forth, possibly hitting the bikes in front of it. Let's go and take the bike off and set it aside. With the bike rack in this position, I'm going to go ahead and give you a couple of quick measurements.
Compatible? Yes! The Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack for 2 Bikes Fits a 2016 Toyota Highlander
Today, on our 2016 Toyota Highlander, we're going to be test fitting the Kuat NV 2.0 2-Bike Rack, part number NV22G. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's go ahead and take a closer look, and show off some of the features. The first feature is the fact that it can tilt away from the vehicle with the bikes still attached. To do that, we come to this latch here. Holding on to the bike rack, we'll pull that latch out, let it tilt down, and now we have full access to our rear hatch, to get what ever it is we need, with plenty of room on both sides to do so. I'm even able to get in between the bike and the vehicle to do this.
Fit Test: Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack for 2 Bikes on a 2016 Toyota Highlander
Today on our 2016 Toyota Highlander, we're going to be test fitting the Yakima HoldUp 2 Bike Rack, part number Y02443. We already have a bike installed on the rack, let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. The first one I'd like to show off is the fact that this can tilt away from the vehicle with the bike still attached. To do that, holding onto the bike rack, you go to this red knob at the base of the mast here, pull out like so, let it tilt down, never gripping it by the bike, and now we have access to our rear hatch to get whatever we need. Now, it just barely clears our handlebars here, so if you have longer handlebars, this may not work, but in this case, we have plenty of room to get whatever we need on both sides. To put it back in its original position, all you do is grip it by the bike rack again, lift up, you'll hear that click and now it's locked back in its original position. Another nice feature is that this has no frame contact whatsoever to hold the bike in place.
Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2016 Toyota Highlander th9034
Today on our 2016 Toyota Highlander, we're going to be test fitting the Thule T2 Pro 2 Bike Rack, part number TH9034. Let's go ahead and look at some of the features of this bike rack. The first and probably most important thing about this is that fact that you can tilt it away from the vehicle, with the bike still attached, so you can get to your rear hatch, and get what you need. To do that, you come to this handle at the end here, which is kind of nice, because a lot of other bike racks, you have to reach up and underneath to the handle to pull it out, to actually lower it down. Holding onto the bike rack, we'll pull out the handle, and let it tilt down. Now we have full access to our hatch, to get what we need. Because this actually sticks out a decent distance away from the vehicle, you have plenty of space on both sides to actually get up underneath, and get in there. To put it back into the position we just had, all you have to do is grab it by the handle, lift up. You'll hear that click.
Thule Hitch Bike Racks Review - 2016 Toyota Highlander th9029xt
Today on this 2016 Toyota Highland, we're going to be test-fitting the Thule Vertex 4 bike rack, part number TH9029XT. We already have a bike installed on the rack. Let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. Now, the first feature I like to show off is that it has an integrated cable lock here at the center of the mast. Simply pull that out, you'll wrap it around the bikes and bring it up to the front here, where it will be locked into place to ensure that your bikes will not be stolen or prevent theft and tampering. Now, how this bike is actually attached to the rack, we're going to have three points of contact.

Today on our 2016 Toyota Highlander we're going to be test fitting the Thule Roadway two bike rack, part number TH912XTR. We already have a bike on the rack. Let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. How this is bike is attached to the rack, we're going to have three points of contact with the bike's frame. We're going to have two straps up at the top here, and one off to the side. That's going to serve as an anti-sway strap to keep the bike from moving too far back and forth, possibly hitting the bike in front of it or the bike rack itself and damaging them both.
Fit Test: Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes with 2016 Toyota Highlander
Today on this 2016 Highlander, we're going to be testing the Swagman SC2 bike rack, part number S64650. We already have a bike installed on the rack, let's go ahead and take a closer look and show off some of the features. On the bike that's attached to the rack, we're going to have one point of contact with the bike spring. That's going to be this frame hook up at the top here, and that is padded so it will not scratch or dent up your bike once you're putting it on. It also has two wheel cradles, here and here. They are adjustable by loosening these knobs and moving them along these bars here, and that will help accommodate for different size bikes. Let's go ahead and take the bike off and set it aside. First, holding onto the bike we'll release the actual frame hook by pushing in this tab here, and pushing up.
