The torque wrench with a 1/2" drive is a quick and easy way to tighten down nuts and bolts without overtightening. This wrench measures torque readings with the needle gauge from 0 to 140 ft-lb and from 0 to 20 meter-kilogram.
Features:
Specs:
To use a needle-type torque wrench, you must first know how much torque you wish to apply to your nut or bolt. Add your 1/2" socket on the end of your wrench and begin to slowly tighten the nut or bolt. Make sure nothing is in the way of the needle as it is gauging the amount of torque that is being applied. Once the needle reads your desired amount of torque, take the wrench off and apply the same amount to all surrounding nuts or bolts. This will build the correct tension all the way around your object for the safest results.

Old school torque wrench with no batteries to replace. I love it! Works as advertised, E trailer never disappoints. Quality products and outstanding customer service. George J and Carol C always follow up and I appreciate that as a consumer. Keep up the good work and I’ll be a customer for life!
Bought this to install a trailer hitch on my 2016 Acura MDX myself. It worked great to make sure the bolts were properly tightened. One suggestion is to make sure you have socket extension rods when using this to install a trailer hitch.
I got this to be sure the nuts/bolts on the hitch receiver are torqued down correctly.Works well for this and other stuff I have.Cant go wrong for the price.IMO these old school torque wrenches are better and more reliable than the other type.
Good product, and inexpensive!
Great tires so far...customer service and shipping was great.
Just what I needed.Shipping was alot faster than I thought.Thank you

This review is relevant to my purchase of this tool to aid in correctly solo-installing a Draw-Tite hitch on my new Mazda CX-5, with the wheels on the ground. If you're unfamiliar with torquing, then you would be surprised at how much force is required to set the mounting nuts on the cone washers to 75 ft-lbs. It would have been pure guesswork and nearly impossible to get that torque with a standard ratchet wrench. Even with the long lever arm of this wrench, you need to apply a solid 50 pounds of force from an awkward position under the vehicle. Hearing the solid "CLICK" at the set-point gave me confidence that I'd done it right. The scale is a bit hard to read and doesn't line up exactly, so I knocked off 1 star.

Tried to use it at lower tension and could clearly hear a "click" telling me when to stop. At 86 foot-lbs that were recommended for my specific application, I could not hear a thing. I was afraid to apply too much force and just stopped as I was already using weight of my body.

Torque wrench is well made and gets the job done. I use the wrench for torquing the lug nuts on our RV to 120 PSI. In the past I quessed at the correct torque.

Well made torque wrench. Feels solid. Used it to install a new hitch on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon. Handled the job well for 75lbs torque. Price feels right compared to similar ones elsewhere
