Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the replacement crossbar base assembly for the Roadmaster tow bars. This unit replaces the crossbar on the Roadmaster StowMaster tow bars. That way you can safely flat tow your vehicle behind your RV. It works with tow bar models RM-501, RM-504, RM-581 and RM-583. It is a direct replacement. When it comes to the construction, it's made from a durable steel construction and it does feature nice black powder-coated finishing on it to resist rust and corrosion, last and look good for a long time.
You got your stickers here, which helps with the installation, just goes over some warnings there on how to ensure that your pin is locked properly. And on the backside it does have a caution sticker. It says, "This side must face the towed vehicle when mounted." With the arrow pointing up. So keep that in mind when you're installing the unit. I do want to mention that it does come with brand new hardware for attaching your crossbar to the tow bar.

I needed this equipment after purchasing a motor home that came with a Roadmaster tie bar. It is well made and it fits perfectly to the vehicle. Etrailer did a great job in helping me find the correct assembly.
