Speaker 1: Today, we're gonna take a look at the Roadmaster base bar for tow bars, part number RM-067.So, if you've lost, misplaced or even damaged your base bar, this is gonna be a great replacement for your quick disconnect system.It's gonna attach just like the one that came with your tow bar did, and it's gonna make it so we can hook up and go down the road. I do want to mention that it doesn't come with any hardware, but you can pick that up on our website separately.Our base bar is gonna have a steel construction, so it's gonna be nice and strong, and it's gonna have a black powder coat finish to match the brackets as well as the base plate.Now the bar is gonna provide support going across the vehicle, centering all the weight. And our tow bar is gonna attach right here, in between these two mounts. We've gonna have the pin that goes through. We can line up the pin with the hole on the side and lock it all downTo secure our crossbar to the quick disconnect bracket, we're gonna take the pins and lock them into place. Now again, I want to mention that neither these pins on top to secure it to the bracket or the pin to connect the base plate are included.Then I'll finish up your look at the Roadmaster base bar for tow bar, part number RM-067..

Now that is some good service. Second time with same results.,..ordered roof vent cover....needed special size, not standard, they researched and got me exactly what I needed and I had it on the roof within 3 days of the order. Highly recommended for your RV or towing needs.
Got a Roadmaster towbar with the used RV I bought. I bought the base plate kit, base (cross) bar and quick disconnect kit for my Saturn from etrailer.com. All seem to be of great quality and actually pretty easy to install with standard hand tools. Most of my installation time was spent drilling the holes for the base kit. Lesson learned - don't let your kids use your good drill bits or buy new ones as drilling through the frame requires sharp bits. The rest of the installation was real easy.

This product replaces one damaged as we were leaving for a trip. Exactly like the one I damaged. I have to tell you that your technical service representative, Josh Watson at Roadmaster was absolutely stellar to deal with. What a treat dealing with service folks who really provide great service. When my crossbar was shipped they also upgraded the shipping to two day at no additional charge. I LOVE dealing with Roadmaster.
Thanks, I had a problem with the first crossbar as it had a slight twist and would not line up with the quick disconnect pins. This one came and was easy to align, so it is easy to put on and take off. Thanks again for your prompt attention to my issue.

Everything is working ok, the new cross bar is a bit tight but fits ok with a little wiggling.
I live in rural Idaho and it is sometimes difficult and expensive to obtain certain parts locally. (Nearest large town is over 125 miles one way) I have found e-Trailer an excellent source for parts I cannot get off the shelf locally. Service is prompt, reasonable and the parts fit. Excellent overall.

Fine
I received the rod (it was the rod on the tow package that attached the cat to the motor home), my son put it all together and it's now back on the car. It was easy to attach the pieces.
Excellent service. We had damaged the towbar for our car that we pull behind the motorhome. I thought it would take weeks to get a new one but I was pleasantly surprised when I received my order the day after I ordered it. Thank you for such fast service. I am proud this is a Missouri company.
