Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this PullRite Super 5th Wheel Hitch with custom mounting kit. Now this has been designed to fit your 2011 to 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty with a 6-3/4' bed with the OEM prep package and then the 2010 to 2019 F-250 Super Duty with the 8' bed with the OEM prep package. And then this is gonna work with your 2011 to 2019 F-350 Super Duty with the 6-3/4' bed with the OEM Prep package and then your 2010 to 2019 F-350 and F-450 Super Duty with the 8' bed with the OEM prep package. On custom fit parts such as this kit, I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer.com. Just input the year, make and model of your vehicle and our fit guide will confirm if this will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you.
Now, not a place on my table here because of space limitations, this kit does include the custom base that allows you to attach this hitch for industry standard rails to the factory puck system in your Ford. So again, because of space limitations, I don't have that base here. I don't have those adapters here, but this will include that with this kit. But this is going to be great for a lighter 5th wheel trailers. This hitch is engineered to handle a maximum gross towing weight of 16,000 pounds and a vertical load up to 4,000 pounds.
So this is gonna be perfectly suited to manage the demands of your standard size 5th wheel adventures. This is built with high quality steel for long-term durability and this is gonna be able to withstand rugged use. This does feature a black powder coat finish. It's gonna resist rust and corrosion. Now when you're on a long trip, the last thing that you typically wanna worry about is a noisy hitch rattling around behind you in the bed of your truck.
Fortunately, this does include a precisely laser cut wraparound jaw. It's going to significantly cut down on rattle. With its secure grip, this premium single hook jaw is gonna keep your ride smooth and it's going to ensure a quieter towing experience the whole way through. And it does feature an automatic locking jaw that's going to quickly latch onto your trailer's kingpin. So I do have an example of a kingpin here and I just wanna show you how easily this is going to be to a couple.
So as you can see here, that's going to be a nice secure connection on your kingpin and our handle here snapped into a locked position once it was in place. So again, hook ups gonna be very simple and when you wanna disconnect or uncouple gonna be just as simple, you're just gonna pull that handle and then that's going to allow you to easily disconnect from your kingpin. Now also finding that perfect hitch height can be tricky at times, but with a height adjustment ranging from 16 to 19 inches, this hitch is going to make it very easy to align your trailer for that level towing experience. So as you can see here, we do have some hardware here and we do have our adjustment holes here. So when you want to adjust that height, you'll just remove the hardware, adjust the head where you want it. Again, this is gonna give you a range from 16 to 19 inches. And once you find that height that you need, replace the hardware, secure it, and you will be good to go and you'll have that optimal ride that you're looking for. You won't have to worry about bumpy rides or trailer sway on uneven roads because this hitch does come with a dual articulating head that's going to pivot front to back and side to side, minimizing that chucking and contributing to a smoother, more stable towing experience. So if you are looking for a secure, quiet, and a more smooth towing experience, if you want a reliable hitch and if you're for looking at towing a 5th wheel trailers up to 16,000 pounds and then you want an easy hassle free coupling with an auto locking jaw, this is really gonna be a great option for you to consider.
