Hey Lynn! The Adapter Rails for PullRite SuperGlide 5th Wheel Hitch - Ford Towing Prep Package # PUL55RR are what you need. This will allow your PullRite SuperGlide # PUL93RR (2700) to fit in the puck system on your 2019 F-250.
