The S25 slider gives you up to 12" of fore/aft travel for safe clearance during slow turns. Came as promised boxes were in good shape. Installation was a breeze, thank you.
I received two packages and one package was damaged BUT no damage to components inside. I put the hitch together and installed it in truck everything was in boxes and there was no damage or scratches on all components. I haven't towed my rig yet BUT I did couple & uncouple it, everything seems smooth and really quiet couldn't even hear when it latched so for very impressed can't wait to tow. I give it a 4 star rating only because I haven't towed yet will be back in touch.

This 5th wheel hitch is AWESOME!!! It was as easy as the video to assemble and install. I put it together in the living room watching to Olympics. It is easy to install in the factory RAM puck system. You should use a buddy, it is a little heavy. It took about 30 to 40 minutes to put together and another 15 minutes to install and torque all the bolts to specs.
Shipping was fast for box 2/2. I believe I placed my order on June 30th and box 2/2 was delivered on July 2nd. Unfortunately box 2/2 was the only box that I had a tracking number for so I had to call etrailer. Even though this was an inconvenience the lady was super nice and helpful and ensured me box 1/2 would be at my home by the 6th of July and it was. The legs fit perfectly into the 2021 Ram puck system and was almost to easy to believe it was done correctly. The rest of the hitch bolted directly into place as described. I am more than happy with this product and for how easy it is to use it is definitely worth the price.
I haven't used the hitch yet, but while installing it I noticed:
1) the 4 bolts which connect the hitch head to its legs, or base boxes, are a smaller diameter than the 8 bolts that hold the pin box onto my 40' 5th wheel trailer, and
2) when mounting the legs into the 5th wheel prep package on my 2019 F350, I found that a snug adjustment is not possible, because of one or both of these design choices: a) coarse thread bolts are used here (vs. fine thread), and/or b) there is only one hole through each of the 4 base mounting bolts for the cotter pin to go through, so the castle nuts can only be made tighter or looser by turning the nut 1/6th of a revolution.
This means that when you lock the hitch down by rotating the handles 90 degrees, that the locked-in position either feels too loose or too tight because 1/6th of a revolution of the nut is too much. If these bolts had a 2nd hole in them (or were fine thread) that would allow a 1/12th of a nut rotation adjustment. Smaller nut height adjustment would also mean a much greater potential of being able to adjust the locking levers to a firm pressure setting.
This is my first run-in with a fifth wheel, so I spent a lot of time researching as many of the aspects as I could. I knew I didn't want to mount bed rails, so the truck was outfitted with the factory in-bed mounts. That allowed the use of this hitch. Using this setup allows for a clear bed floor by merely unpinning and swiveling the four locks on the leg's ends, then lifting the whole mess up and away.
It arrived in two separate boxes: good thing, it's heavy! Knowing that, the individual pieces were placed in the bed where it could be assembled closer to its landing place. The instructions were very clear, and, before we knew it, we had the mount dropped into place.
Connecting to the trailer couldn't be easier. With the lever forward and the yellow dot showing through the status port in front, the truck slides back into place with a satisfying "chunk" as the hitch latches on. Drop the safety pin into the latch, make your connects, give one final tug with the tow vehicle so you know the hitch is properly latched, and off you go! Thanks, etrailer!
So here's my thoughts after installing this unit. First, the unit is made in the USA (according to their website) but al the bolts used are metric. Second, the installation instructions are generic and are mostly for a fixed hitch versus the sliding hitch, so you have to guess on assembly of some items. Also, you pay close to $[XX] for this unit and they go cheap and do not provide any lubricating grease that "they" recommend you apply. $[XX] purchase and could not include 10 cents worth of grease. Finally, the torque specs are listed but the bolt locations are not shown with pictures, just a name which you need to guess. This can be problematic since the torque specs range from 60 ft lbs up to 200ft lbs. Choose the wrong one and you break a bolt off.

Tracking is showing that it has finally arrived. Can you please let me know if the tracking is correct or not? Sometimes, packages will deliver to the wrong address, so I also recommend you contacting your neighbors if you still have not received it to see if they got it in your place.
