For standard base rails you'll need the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16427-204 for your 2018 Ram 2500. This is a custom kit so you won't need to drill into the frame of your truck for the installation.
Then for a 5th wheel hitch I recommend checking out the Curt A25 Slider # C35DR for a short bed or Fixed # C86BV for a long bed. I really like the A series hitches because they have interlocking jaws and a fully articulating torsion head so give you a really comfortable towing experience. The 25,000 towing capacity is nice too since it just increases how many 5th wheel trailers the hitch is compatible with.
