Yes, the Demco 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitches # DM6140 will allow you to use the Curt A25 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # C35DR. Do note the Demco adapater is limited to 21,000lbs trailer weight and 5,250lbs of tongue weight which is less than the A25. Be sure to not exceed any tow ratings for your vehicle as well.
