Hi Tom!

I included a link to the instructions for the B&W Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # BW47BR that will fit your 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. We haven't installed one of these in house quite yet, so no install video, but it's rated a 3 out of 10 for install difficulty. And it's American made!

I did include an install video for the Curt # C66KR Class 2 hitch as it will install in much the same way.

What are you planning on using the hitch for?

Thank you for the installation instructions. They appear to be easy to follow. Planning to attach a bike carrier to the hitch.

@TomS You're welcome! I think the hardest part of this install will be torquing everything down. Even if you haven't installed a hitch before, I don't think it will take more than an hour. This would work perfectly for carrying a bike rack and has plenty of capacity for it as well. Do you already have a bike rack?

@TomS Good choice with the Hollywood Racks Destination # HLY94FR! We have been going through a lot of these lately as the price is hard to beat and it only weighing 20 pounds makes it easy to install. You will be very happy with it! Let me know if there is anything else I can help with. You know where to find me!

To Lazer S: Completed the B&W hitch install and submitted a review. You were right about the hardest part being torquing the bolts to spec. The video of the Curt C66KR was very helpful in showing the dog-bone extension to the torque wrench. I ended up finding a tool on "different" website. Its a "K Tool International 49403 Universal Wrench Extender Adaptor". This fit the torque wrench to a box end wrench that went into the narrow space next the Toyota frame for the end plate bolts. A bit fussy but was able to torque frame bolts to 85 ft-lb and the tube bolts to 45 ft-lb. The Holywood bike rack did not fit my wife's Biria Easy Boarding bike and I have shipped it back. So still shopping for a rack, and Lauren A in customer service is helping me. Thanks so much for you help in making me successful. Tom Schwartz

@Tom Sorry to hear the bike rack didn't work for you. I should have asked what kind of bikes you were going to be carrying. My bad. Glad Lauren got you taken care of though! Do you already have a different rat in mind? I checked our site and it looks like we have had a few people ask about the Biria Easy Boarding bike, and it looks like all of them ended up needing something like the Bike Frame Adapter Bar - Small - 22-1/2" - 30" - 35 lbs # 64005 as the unique design makes finding a suitable rack a bit difficult to find. Something that grabs onto the seat post might also work though.
