what is the outside dimension? i know inside is 2x2 but what is the outside. thanks.

The Gen-Y Weld-On 2" Receiver Tube # 325-GH-003 is 2-7/8" wide on the tube and 3-1/2" wide at the collar. The overall length is 12".
