The Replacement Screen Frame # BVC0573-32 is designed to work with the Ventline Roof Vent model # V2119-601-00. It will work with any of the V2119 model vents. It sounds like you may have a different model of vent fan since it is not fitting correctly. If you are able to provide the model number of your current vent, we can recommend a suitable replacement.
