What rear air bags are compatible with my 2022 F150 XLT 4x4? I have installed a b and w gooseneck hitch as well.

We have the Air Lift Loadlifter kit part # AL47PD that's a confirmed fit for your 2022 Ford F-150 that is also compatible with the gooseneck hitch you have installed as well. Air Lift looks to be only air bag option for your truck that is also compatible with the gooseneck hitch.

Since your 2022 Ford F-150 4WD has the PowerBoost hybrid engine the correct Air Lift Loadlifter 5000 kit is the part #AL54JQ if you want the version that has bags with internal jounce bumpers or part #AL82WQ for the version without them.
